जानलेवा हमले के आरोप में पति को दस साल की कैद

 पत्नी पर गड़ासे से जानलेवा हमला करने के मामले में अभियुक्त पति को अदालत ने दंडित किया है। विशेष न्यायाधीश (भ्रष्टाचार निवारण अधिनियम प्रथम) अवधेश कुमार की अदालत ने सूजाबाद, रामनगर निवासी अभियुक्त बेचूलाल साहनी को दोषी पाने पर दस वर्ष के कठोर कारावास व 30 हजार रुपए अर्थदंड की सजा सुनाई है।

अभियोजन पक्ष के अनुसार रामनगर थाना क्षेत्र के सूजाबाद निवासी वादी विक्की साहनी ने रामनगर थाने में प्राथमिकी दर्ज कराई थी। आरोप था कि वह और उसके चार भाई मजदूरी करते है। वह 18 फरवरी 2021 को शाम करीब 8 बजे मजदूरी करके जब घर वापस आया तो देखा कि दरवाजे पर उसकी मां लहूलुहान स्थिति में पड़ी थी तथा उसके शरीर के विभिन्न हिस्सो से रक्त तेजी से फर्श पर फैल रहा था और उसकी मां बेहोश थी। उसी दौरान रास्ते से गुजर रही महिलाओं ने बताया कि उसकी मां मीरा देवी को उसके पिता बेचू लाल ने मछली काटने वाली गड़ासी से जान से मानने की नियत से हमला कर दिया था। आनन-फानन वादी अन्य लोग के साथ अपनी मां को इलाज के लिए लाल बहादूर शास्त्री अस्पताल ले कर गये। जहां हालत गंभीर होने पर चिकित्सकों ने उन्हें ट्रामा सेन्टर बीएचयू रेफर कर दिया। जहां उसकी मां भर्ती है और उनकी हालत गंभीर बनी हुई है। इस मामले में पुलिस ने बेचूलाल साहनी के खिलाफ मुकदमा दर्ज कर उसे गिरफ्तार कर जेल भेज दिया था।

Husband sentenced to ten years in prison for a fatal attack

Varanasi.

A court has punished an accused husband in a case involving a fatal attack on his wife with a cleaver. The court of Special Judge (Prevention of Corruption Act First), Awadhesh Kumar, found the accused, Bechu Lal Sahni, a resident of Sujabad, Ramnagar, guilty and sentenced him to ten years of rigorous imprisonment and a fine of ₹30,000.

According to the prosecution, a first information report (FIR) was filed at the Ramnagar police station by the plaintiff, Vicky Sahni, a resident of Sujabad in the Ramnagar police station area. The accusation was that he and his four brothers work as laborers. On February 18, 2021, at around 8 PM, when he returned home from work, he saw his mother lying at the door in a pool of blood. Blood was rapidly spreading across the floor from various parts of her body, and she was unconscious. At that moment, some women passing by told him that his father, Bechu Lal, had attacked his mother, Meera Devi, with a fish-cutting cleaver with the intention of killing her. In a hurry, the plaintiff and others took his mother to Lal Bahadur Shastri Hospital for treatment. Due to her serious condition, doctors referred her to the Trauma Centre, BHU. She was admitted there, and her condition remained critical. The police registered a case against Bechu Lal Sahni, arrested him, and sent him to jail.
