न्यायिक मजिस्ट्रेट प्रियम शर्मा की अदालत ने भेलूपुर थाने में दर्ज संगठित अपराध व धोखाधड़ी के गंभीर मामले में अभियुक्त नवीन कुमार गुप्ता की ओर से दाखिल जमानत अर्जी को स्वीकार कर लिया।

👉 मामला जीवधीपुर, किरहिया निवासी वादी पंकज कुमार की तहरीर पर आधारित है। वादी ने आरोप लगाया था कि बीते दिनों उसकी दुकान पर आकर कुछ लोगों ने उसे लोन दिलवाने के बहाने खाता खुलवाने को कहा। वादी से आधार, पैन और हस्ताक्षरयुक्त फार्म लेकर अगले दिन उसका मोबाइल भी ले लिया गया। शाम को दस्तावेज व मोबाइल लौटाने से इनकार कर धमकी दी गई।

👉 पुलिस ने जांच के दौरान अभियुक्तों पर संगठित अपराध और धोखाधड़ी का आरोप लगाते हुए मुकदमा दर्ज किया था। इस मामले में पहले से गिरफ्तार आयुष्मान यादव उर्फ अंश यादव के पास से भारी मात्रा में आधार कार्ड, पैन कार्ड और एटीएम कार्ड बरामद हुए थे।

👉 प्रकरण में भेलूपुर थाने में बीएनएस की धारा 112(2), 318(4), 316(2), 352 व 351(2) के तहत मामला दर्ज है।

Relief for accused in organized crime case

Varanasi:

Judicial Magistrate Priyam Sharma's court accepted the bail application filed by the accused Naveen Kumar Gupta in a serious case of organized crime and fraud registered at Bhelupur police station.

👉 The case is based on the complaint of the plaintiff Pankaj Kumar, a resident of Jeevdhipur, Kirahiya. The plaintiff had alleged that a few days ago, some people came to his shop and asked him to open an account on the pretext of getting him a loan. The plaintiff's Aadhaar, PAN, and a signed form were taken, and his mobile phone was also taken the next day. In the evening, they refused to return the documents and mobile and threatened him.

👉 During the investigation, the police charged the accused with organized crime and fraud and registered a case. In this case, a large number of Aadhaar cards, PAN cards, and ATM cards were recovered from Ayushman Yadav alias Ansh Yadav, who was arrested earlier.

👉 The case is registered at Bhelupur police station under BNS sections 112(2), 318(4), 316(2), 352, and 351(2).
