विशेष न्यायालय (पॉक्सो एक्ट) के न्यायाधीश नितिन पांडेय की अदालत ने थाना चितईपुर में दर्ज अनैतिक देह व्यापार मामले में अभियुक्त सूरज पांडेय व आकाश पांडेय की ओर से प्रस्तुत जमानत प्रार्थना पत्र स्वीकार कर लिया।

👉 मामले के अनुसार 14 अगस्त 2025 को सहायक पुलिस आयुक्त भेलूपुर के नेतृत्व में पुलिस व एसओजी टीम ने भिखारीपुर स्थित पेइंग गेस्ट हाउस पर छापेमारी की थी। मुखबिर की सूचना पर हुई इस कार्रवाई में गेस्ट हाउस के कमरों से चार पुरुष अभियुक्तों व आठ महिलाओं को आपत्तिजनक अवस्था में पकड़ा गया।
👉 छापेमारी के दौरान पुलिस ने मौके से नगद धनराशि, मोबाइल फोन, मादक पदार्थ, कंडोम, दवाएं, बीयर कैन, हुक्का पाइप, चिलम, बारकोड मशीन व अन्य आपत्तिजनक सामग्री बरामद की थी। गिरफ्तार अभियुक्तों में सूरज पांडेय व आकाश पांडेय को गेस्ट हाउस का संचालक बताया गया। वहीं गेस्ट हाउस मालिक रमेश मिश्रा से भी पुलिस ने पूछताछ की थी। पकड़ी गई महिलाओं को नियमानुसार निजी मुचलके पर रिहा कर दिया गया था।

Bail Granted to Two Accused in Immoral Trafficking Case
Varanasi.
The court of Special Judge (POCSO Act) Nitin Pandey accepted the bail applications submitted by accused Suraj Pandey and Akash Pandey in the immoral trafficking case registered at Chitaipur police station.
The defense was represented by senior criminal advocate Ajay Gethe.
According to the case, on August 14, 2025, a police and SOG team, led by the Assistant Commissioner of Police, Bhelupur, raided a paying guest house located in Bhikharipur. Acting on a tip-off, the team found four male accused and eight women in a compromising position inside the rooms of the guest house.
During the raid, the police seized cash, mobile phones, narcotics, condoms, medicines, beer cans, hookah pipes, chillums, a barcode machine, and other objectionable items from the scene. The arrested accused, Suraj Pandey and Akash Pandey, were identified as the operators of the guest house. The police also questioned the guest house owner, Ramesh Mishra. The women who were caught were released on personal bonds as per the rules.
