पिस्टल लहराकर धमकी देने वाले अभियुक्त को कोर्ट से राहत

भेलूपुर थाना क्षेत्र के कमच्छा सब्जी मंडी निवासी करन सोनकर को पिस्टल से धमकी देने के मामले में न्यायिक मजिस्ट्रेट प्रियल शर्मा की अदालत से जमानत मिल गई है।

👉प्रकरण के अनुसार, प्रार्थी रवि सोनकर पुत्र मंगला प्रसाद सोनकर निवासी कमच्छा सब्जी मंडी ने थाना भेलूपुर में तहरीर दी थी कि वह 15 अक्तूबर की रात लगभग 9 बजे टहल रहे थे, तभी मोहल्ले में कुछ लोगों के बीच विवाद चल रहा था। विवाद में बीच-बचाव करने पर आकाश सोनकर और करन सोनकर ने उनके साथ मारपीट, गाली-गलौज और जान से मारने की धमकी दी।

👉 आरोप है कि इसी दौरान करन सोनकर ने अपनी कमर से पिस्टल निकालकर प्रार्थी पर निशाना साधते हुए जान से मारने की धमकी दी। मौके पर मौजूद लोगों ने हमलावर करन सोनकर को पकड़ लिया और पिस्टल छीन ली, जबकि उसका साथी आकाश सोनकर भीड़ का फायदा उठाकर फरार हो गया। सूचना पर 100 नंबर की पुलिस मौके पर पहुंची और करन सोनकर को पिस्टल सहित थाने लाया गया।

👉 इस मामले में पुलिस ने मु.अ.सं.-406/2025 धारा 115(2), 352, 351(3) भारतीय न्याय संहिता (BNS) तथा 3/25 आर्म्स एक्ट के तहत मुकदमा दर्ज किया था। बता दें कि इस मामले में अभियुक्त करन सोनकर 16 अक्तूबर से जिला कारागार में निरुद्ध था।

Karan Sonkar, a resident of Kamachha vegetable market in Bhelupur police station area, has been granted bail by the court of Judicial Magistrate Priyal Sharma in the case of threatening someone with a pistol.

👉 According to the case, the applicant, Ravi Sonkar, son of Mangla Prasad Sonkar, a resident of Kamachha vegetable market, had filed a complaint at Bhelupur Police Station stating that he was out for a walk around 9 PM on the night of October 15 when a dispute was going on among some people in the locality. When he intervened in the dispute, Akash Sonkar and Karan Sonkar assaulted him, abused him, and threatened to kill him.

👉 It is alleged that during this time, Karan Sonkar took out a pistol from his waist and pointed it at the applicant, threatening to kill him. People present at the scene caught the attacker Karan Sonkar and snatched the pistol, while his accomplice Akash Sonkar fled taking advantage of the crowd. Upon receiving the information, the '100 number' police (emergency police) arrived at the scene and brought Karan Sonkar, along with the pistol, to the police station.

👉 In this matter, the police had registered case number Mu.A.San.-406/2025 under Section 115(2), 352, 351(3) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS) and Section 3/25 of the Arms Act. It is to be noted that the accused Karan Sonkar had been lodged in the District Jail since October 16 in this case.
