✍️✍️ Anticipatory Bail Granted to Operator in Sex Racket Case

 

सेक्स रैकेट मामले में संचालक को मिली अग्रिम जमानत

वाराणसी। 

अपने मकान में भोली भाली लड़कियों को बुलाकर उनसे अनैतिक देह व्यापार कराने के मामले में आरोपित को कोर्ट से बड़ी राहत मिल गई। विशेष न्यायाधीश (पॉक्सो एक्ट द्वितीय) नितिन पाण्डेय की अदालत ने रोहतास, बिहार निवासी आरोपित अवधेश सिंह को पुलिस द्वारा गिरफ्तार किए जाने की दशा में 50 हजार रुपए की एक जमानतदार एवं बंधपत्र देने पर अग्रिम जमानत पर रिहा करने का आदेश दिया है। अदालत में बचाव पक्ष की ओर से वरिष्ठ फौजदारी अधिवक्ता अनुज यादव, नरेश यादव, गिरजा शंकर यादव व संदीप यादव ने पक्ष रखा। 

👉 अभियोजन पक्ष के अनुसार सहायक पुलिस आयुक्त सारनाथ विजय प्रताप सिंह 18 मई 2025 को क्षेत्र में गश्त कर रहे थे। उसी दौरान रात करीब 09.30 बजे मुखबिर से सूचना मिली कि शिवपुर थाना क्षेत्र में लिबर्टी शोरुम भोजूबीर तिराहे के पास बने मकान के तीसरे तल पर अनुराग सिंह व उनकी पत्नी खुशी सिंह के द्वारा भोली-भाली लड़कियों को काम का लालच देकर उक्त मकान में बुलाकर बन्धक बनाकर अनैतिक देह व्यापार का धन्धा चला रहे है। इस सूचना पर पुलिस टीम ने  मकान में छापेमारी की। छापेमारी के दौरान मकान के अंदर बने केबिनों में अलग-अलग कई महिलाएं और पुरुष आपत्तिजनक स्थिति में मिले। वहीं हाल में तीन महिलायें व एक पुरुष काउण्टर पर बैठा हुआ मिला। तलाशी में वहां से कई नशीले पदार्थ और आपत्तिजनक वस्तुएं भी बरामद हुई थी। जिसके बाद मौके से पकड़े गए इस दौरान मौके से कुल 7 महिलाएं और तीन पुरुषों को गिरफ्तार किया गया। वहीं बाद में इस मामले में संचालक अवधेश समेत सभी लोगों के खिलाफ शिवपुर थाने में मुकदमा दर्ज किया था।

Anticipatory Bail Granted to Operator in Sex Racket Case

Varanasi. 

The accused in the case of luring innocent girls to his house and engaging them in immoral trafficking has received a major relief from the court. The court of Special Judge (POCSO Act II) Nitin Pandey ordered the release of the accused, Awadhesh Singh, a resident of Rohtas, Bihar, on anticipatory bail, on the condition that if arrested by the police, he furnishes a bail bond of ₹50,000 and one surety. 

Senior advocates Anuj Yadav, Naresh Yadav, Girija Shankar Yadav, and Sandeep Yadav represented the defense in the court.

👉 According to the prosecution, Assistant Commissioner of Police Sarnath, Vijay Pratap Singh, was on patrol in the area on May 18, 2025. Around 9:30 PM, he received information from an informer that on the third floor of a house near the Liberty showroom at Bhojubir Tirahe in the Shivpur police station area, Anurag Singh and his wife Khushi Singh were running an immoral trafficking business by luring innocent girls with the promise of work, inviting them to the said house, and holding them captive. Based on this information, the police team raided the house. During the raid, several men and women were found in objectionable positions in separate cabins inside the house. Meanwhile, three women and one man were found sitting at the counter in the hall. Several narcotic substances and objectionable items were also recovered during the search. Following this, a total of 7 women and three men were arrested from the spot. Later, a case was registered against all the individuals, including the operator Awadhesh, at the Shivpur police station.
