फाइनेंस कंपनी में लूट के मामले में मिली जमानत

फाइनेंस ऑफिस में घुसकर लूट करने के मामले में आरोपित को कोर्ट से राहत मिल गई। जिला जज संजीव शुक्ला की अदालत ने झहिरगपुर, भदोही निवासी आरोपित सुमित यादव को 50-50 हजार रुपए की दो जमानतें एवं बंधपत्र देने पर रिहा करने का आदेश दिया।

👉 अभियोजन पक्ष के अनुसार कोईरीपुर, बड़ागाँव निवासी वादी अंकित सिंह ने मिर्जामुराद थाने में प्राथमिकी दर्ज कराई थी। आरोप था कि 28 अप्रैल 2025 को जब वह अपने फाइनेंस कंपनी रसते माइको केडिट प्रा. लि. कछवा रोड, मिर्जामुराद के आफिस में बैठा था। उसी दौरान करीब 1 बजे दो आज्ञात लोग जो हेलमेट पहने हुए थे आफिस मे आये। उनलोगों ने उसे असलहा दिखाकर डराते हुए ऑफिस के अलमारी मे रखे 26181 रुपए लूटकर वहां से भाग निकले। इस मामले में मिर्जामुराद पुलिस ने मुकदमा दर्ज कर विवेचना शुरू की। विवेचना के दौरान पुलिस ने इस मामले में सह अभियुक्त प्रद्युम्न यादव को मुखबिर सूचना पर ठठरा गांव के समीप से 4 अक्टूबर 2025 को गिरफ्तार किया था। पूछताछ में अभियुक्त का नाम प्रकाश में आने पर पुलिस ने आरोपित को गिरफ्तार कर जेल भेज दिया था।

Bail Granted in Finance Company Robbery Case

Varanasi.

The accused in the case of robbery inside a finance office has received relief from the court. The court of District Judge Sanjeev Shukla ordered the release of the accused Sumit Yadav, a resident of Jhahiragpur, Bhadohi, upon furnishing two bail bonds and personal bonds of ₹50,000 each.

"The defense was represented in court by senior criminal advocates Anuj Yadav, Abhishek Srivastava Pankaj, Naresh Yadav, and Sandeep Yadav."

According to the prosecution, the complainant Ankit Singh, a resident of Koyaripur, Baragaon, had filed a First Information Report (FIR) at Mirzamurad Police Station. The allegation was that on April 28, 2025, when he was sitting in the office of his finance company, Rasate Micro Credit Pvt. Ltd., Kachhwa Road, Mirzamurad, at around 1 PM, two unknown persons wearing helmets entered the office. They allegedly showed him a weapon, intimidated him, and fled after robbing ₹26,181 kept in the office cupboard. Mirzamurad police registered a case and started the investigation. During the investigation, the police arrested co-accused Pradyumna Yadav near Thathra village on October 4, 2025, based on informer's information. Upon interrogation, the accused's name came to light, and the police arrested the accused and sent him to jail.
