गौ तस्करी के आरोपितों को अदालत से राहत, पांच की जमानत मंजूर

सत्र न्यायालय के न्यायाधीश संजीव शुक्ला की अदालत ने थाना रोहनिया में दर्ज एक गंभीर आपराधिक मामले में आरोपित निखिल धुरिया, गुलशन निषाद, दीपू धुरिया निवासी सुल्तानपुर और दो अन्य की ओर से प्रस्तुत जमानत प्रार्थना पत्र स्वीकार कर लिया।

👉 अभियोजन पक्ष के अनुसार, सात अक्टूबर 2025 को उपनिरीक्षक विशाल कुमार सिंह पशु तस्करी और मादक पदार्थ तस्करी पर रोकथाम के लिए अखरी बाईपास क्षेत्र में चेकिंग कर रहे थे। इस दौरान मुखबिर की सूचना पर कई वाहनों को रोका गया। जांच में पाया गया कि छह बोलरो मैक्स वाहनों में कुल 35 गोवंश (18 गाय और 17 बछिया) निर्दयतापूर्वक एक के ऊपर एक लादे गए थे, जिनके मुंह और पैर रस्सियों से बंधे थे।पुलिस ने आरोपितों से गोवंश परिवहन के दस्तावेज मांगे तो उन्होंने रसीदें और मेडिकल प्रमाणपत्र दिखाए, जिनकी पुष्टि पर पता चला कि जनपद सुल्तानपुर में उस समय कोई पशु मेला आयोजित नहीं था। जांच में आरोपितों ने गोवंश को कसाइयों को बेचने के उद्देश्य से ले जाने की बात स्वीकार की और दस्तावेजों को फर्जी बताया।पुलिस ने घटनास्थल से कुल 35 जीवित गोवंश, छह वाहन और 11 आरोपितों को गिरफ्तार किया था। 

👉 मामले में थाना रोहनिया में धारा 3/5ए/5बी/8 गौ हत्या निवारण अधिनियम समेत बीएनएस की धाराएं 338, 336(3), 318(4) और 340(2) के तहत अभियोग पंजीकृत किया गया था।

Court Grants Relief to Alleged Cow Smugglers, Five Bail Applications Accepted

The court of Session Judge Sanjeev Shukla accepted the bail applications filed by the accused Nikhil Dhuriya, Gulshan Nishad, Deepu Dhuriya (residents of Sultanpur), and two others in connection with a serious criminal case registered at Rohania Police Station.

"Senior advocate Arun Kumar Singh, along with associate advocates Abhishek Rai and Kamlesh Kumar Verma, presented the case on behalf of the accused in court."

👉 According to the prosecution, on October 7, 2025, Sub-Inspector Vishal Kumar Singh was conducting a checking drive in the Akhri Bypass area to curb cattle and narcotics smuggling. Acting on a tip-off, several vehicles were stopped. The investigation revealed that a total of 35 bovine animals (18 cows and 17 calves) were loaded cruelly, one on top of the other, with their mouths and legs tied with ropes, inside six Bolero Max vehicles. When the police asked the accused for documents related to the transport of the bovines, they produced receipts and medical certificates. Upon verification, it was found that no cattle fair was being organized in Sultanpur district at that time. During the investigation, the accused confessed that they were taking the bovine animals to be sold to butchers and admitted that the documents were fake. The police had arrested a total of 35 live bovine animals, six vehicles, and 11 accused from the spot.

👉 The case was registered at Rohania Police Station under Sections 3/5A/5B/8 of the Cow Slaughter Prevention Act (Gau Hatya Nivaran Adhiniyam), along with BNS Sections 338, 336(3), 318(4), and 340(2).
