✍️✍️ Rahul Gandhi gets big relief from court, application related to provocative statement dismissed

 

राहुल गांधी को कोर्ट से बड़ी राहत, भड़काऊ बयान से जुड़ा प्रार्थना पत्र हुआ खारिज

वाराणसी। 

विगत सितंबर माह में अमेरिका यात्रा के दौरान कांग्रेस सांसद राहुल गांधी द्वारा भारत में सिक्खों को लेकर दिए गए बयान को लेकर राहुल गांधी को बड़ी राहत मिल गया है। अपर मुख्य न्यायिक मजिस्ट्रेट चतुर्थ/एमपी-एमएलए कोर्ट ने इस मामले में लंबित प्रार्थना पत्र को सुनवाई के बाद खारिज कर दिया। 

अदालत में राहुल गांधी की ओर से वरिष्ठ फौजदारी अधिवक्ता अनुज यादव, नरेश यादव व संदीप यादव ने पक्ष रखा।

👉 मालूम हो कि बीते वर्ष के सितम्बर माह में राहुल गांधी ने अमेरिका में भड़काऊ बयान देते हुए कहा था कि भारत में सिक्खों के लिए माहौल अच्छा नहीं है, क्या एक सिक्ख के रूप में पगड़ी बांधने, कड़ा पहनने और गुरुद्वारा जाने की अनुमति मिलेगी। इस बयान को तिलमापुर सारनाथ के नागेश्वर मिश्र ने देश में गृह युद्ध भड़काने की साज़िश करार देते हुए न्यायिक मजिस्ट्रेट (द्वितीय) की अदालत में वाद दाखिल किया था। जिसके बाद अपर मुख्य न्यायिक मजिस्ट्रेट (एमपी-एमएलए) की अदालत ने इस वाद को सुनवाई के बाद खारिज कर दिया था। इस अवर न्यायालय  के आदेश के खिलाफ नागेश्वर मिश्रा ने सत्र न्यायालय में निगरानी याचिका दाखिल किया था। बाद में सत्र न्यायालय ने निगरानी अर्जी स्वीकार करते हुए अवर न्यायालय को पुनः सुनवाई के आदेश दिया था।

Congress MP Rahul Gandhi has received a big relief regarding the statement he made about Sikhs in India during his US visit last September. The Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate Fourth/MP-MLA Court dismissed the pending application in this matter after hearing. 

Senior advocates Anuj Yadav, Naresh Yadav, and Sandeep Yadav represented Rahul Gandhi in court.

👉 It is known that in September of last year, Rahul Gandhi had given a provocative statement in the US, saying that the atmosphere is not good for Sikhs in India, and whether they would be allowed to wear a turban, a kada (bracelet), and visit a Gurudwara as a Sikh. Nageshwar Mishra of Tilmapur Sarnath had filed a suit in the court of Judicial Magistrate (II), terming this statement as a conspiracy to incite civil war in the country. Following this, the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate (MP-MLA) Court had dismissed the suit after hearing. Nageshwar Mishra had filed a revision petition in the Sessions Court against the order of this lower court. Later, the Sessions Court accepted the revision application and ordered the lower court to re-hear the matter.
