✍️✍️ Relief for Accused in GRP Varanasi Mobile Theft Case from Court

जी.आर.पी. वाराणसी के मोबाइल चोरी केस में आरोपी को कोर्ट से राहत

अपर मुख्य न्यायिक दंडाधिकारी (पूर्वोत्तर रेलवे) प्रशांत मिश्रा द्वितीय की अदालत ने चोरी की मोबाइल फोन बरामदगी से संबंधित मामले में अभियुक्त मोहम्मद शाहिद पुत्र अजुला को जमानत पर रिहा किए जाने का आदेश दिया है।

👉 बता दें कि थाना जी.आर.पी. वाराणसी में दर्ज अपराध संख्या 52/2025, धारा 317(2) व 317(5) भारतीय न्याय संहिता (बी.एन.एस.) के अंतर्गत अभियुक्त मोहम्मद शाहिद की ओर से अधिवक्ता के माध्यम से जमानत प्रार्थना पत्र प्रस्तुत किया गया था।

👉 अदालत ने अभियुक्त पक्ष के अधिवक्ता की दलीलें सुनने के बाद प्रपत्रों का परिशीलन किया। बचाव पक्ष ने तर्क दिया कि अभियुक्त को झूठे आरोप में फँसाया गया है तथा उसने कोई अपराध नहीं किया।

Relief for Accused in GRP Varanasi Mobile Theft Case from Court

The court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate (North Eastern Railway) Prashant Mishra II has ordered the release on bail of the accused Mohammad Shahid, son of Ajula, in a case related to the recovery of a stolen mobile phone.

👉 Please note that the bail application on behalf of the accused Mohammad Shahid was presented through his advocate under Crime Number 52/2025, Sections 317(2) and 317(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS), registered at GRP Police Station, Varanasi.

👉 The court perused the documents after hearing the arguments of the accused's counsel. The defence argued that the accused was falsely implicated in the case and had not committed any crime.
