मारपीट और जानलेवा हमले के प्रयास के आरोपी को मिली अग्रिम जमानत

अपर सत्र न्यायाधीश (न्यायालय संख्या-01) देवकांत शुक्ला की अदालत ने मारपीट, जानलेवा हमले के प्रयास और एससी/एसटी एक्ट समेत कई गंभीर धाराओं में आरोपी राजा सोनकर की ओर से प्रस्तुत अग्रिम जमानत प्रार्थना पत्र को स्वीकार कर लिया।

👉 मामला सारनाथ थाना क्षेत्र का है, जहां 29 अगस्त 2025 को वादी अजीम पुत्र बच्चन ने अभियुक्त राजा सोनकर व अन्य के खिलाफ मुकदमा अपराध संख्या-404/2025 के तहत एफआईआर दर्ज कराई थी।

आरोप (अभियोजन पक्ष के अनुसार):

👉 वादी के अनुसार, 29 अगस्त 2025 की देर रात करीब 1 बजे उसके भाई साहिल को अभियुक्त राजा सोनकर, अमित सोनकर और 8-10 अज्ञात लोगों ने पैसों के लेनदेन को लेकर घेर लिया। आरोप है कि इन लोगों ने साहिल पर धारदार हथियार से सिर, गर्दन और कान के पास हमला किया, जिससे वह अधमरी हालत में हो गया। घायल साहिल ने बयान दिया कि उसने राजा सोनकर को खून लगा चाकू लेकर भागते हुए देखा था। यह भी आरोप है कि उसी रात 4 बजे अभियुक्त ने वादी के घर जाकर उसे भी जान से मारने की धमकी दी।

The court of Additional Sessions Judge (Court No. 01), Devkant Shukla, accepted the anticipatory bail application filed on behalf of Raja Sonkar, who is an accused in several serious sections including assault, attempt to murder, and the SC/ST Act.

👉 The matter is from the Sarnath police station area, where on August 29, 2025, the complainant Azeem, son of Bachhan, filed an FIR (Case Crime No. 404/2025) against the accused Raja Sonkar and others.

Allegations (According to the Prosecution):

👉 According to the complainant, late at night around 1 AM on August 29, 2025, his brother Sahil was surrounded by the accused Raja Sonkar, Amit Sonkar, and 8-10 unknown persons over a financial dispute. It is alleged that these individuals attacked Sahil on his head, neck, and near the ear with a sharp weapon, leaving him in a half-dead state. The injured Sahil gave a statement that he saw Raja Sonkar fleeing with a blood-stained knife. It is also alleged that at 4 AM on the same night, the accused went to the complainant's house and threatened to kill him as well.
