किशोर न्याय बोर्ड ने अपहरण के मामले में किशोर को राहत प्रदान की

 किशोर न्याय बोर्ड बड़ा लालपुर चांदमारी वाराणसी के प्रधान मजिस्ट्रेट सौरभ शुक्ला व सदस्यों की उपस्थिति में थाना जैतपुरा क्षेत्र के धारा 137(2) बीएनएस से संबंधित प्रकरण में किशोर “X” को अंतरिम जमानत प्रदान की गई।

👉 अदालत ने आदेश में कहा कि किशोर को उसकी संरक्षिका माता के माध्यम से 25,000 रुपये का व्यक्तिगत बंधपत्र एवं दो समान धनराशि के प्रतिभू दाखिल किए जाने पर दिनांक 28 नवंबर 2025 तक के लिए अंतरिम जमानत का लाभ दिया जाएगा। साथ ही यह स्पष्ट शर्त रखी गई कि किशोर जमानत अवधि के दौरान किसी भी आपराधिक गतिविधि में शामिल नहीं होगा, नियत तिथियों पर न्यायालय में उपस्थित रहेगा तथा आयु-जांच की कार्यवाही में पूरा सहयोग करेगा। शर्तों का पालन न करने पर जमानत स्वतः समाप्त हो जाएगी।

👉 अभियोजन पक्ष के अनुसार, नाबालिक लड़की की मां ने थाना जैतपुरा में तहरीर दिया थी कि उनकी 13 वर्षीय पुत्री दिनांक 06 नवंबर 2025 को शाम लगभग 5:30 बजे घर से यह बताकर निकली कि वह पार्क में टहलने जा रही है, लेकिन वापस नहीं लौटी। काफी खोजबीन के बाद भी पता न लगने पर उन्होंने पुलिस से आवश्यक कार्रवाई की मांग की थी।

Juvenile Justice Board grants relief to juvenile in abduction case

Varanasi.

The Juvenile Justice Board, Bada Lalpur Chandmari, Varanasi, in the presence of Principal Magistrate Saurabh Shukla and its members, granted interim bail to juvenile "X" in a case related to Section 137(2) BNS from the Jaitpura police station area.

👉 The court stated in its order that the juvenile will be granted the benefit of interim bail until November 28, 2025, upon furnishing a personal bond of ₹25,000 through his guardian (mother) and two sureties of the like amount. Furthermore, it was clearly stipulated that the juvenile shall not engage in any criminal activity during the bail period, shall appear in court on the fixed dates, and shall fully cooperate in the age-verification proceedings. Failure to comply with the conditions will result in the automatic cancellation of the bail.

👉 According to the prosecution, the minor girl's mother had filed a written complaint at the Jaitpura police station stating that her 13-year-old daughter left home on November 06, 2025, at around 5:30 PM, saying she was going for a walk in the park, but did not return. After much searching, when she could not be found, they requested necessary action from the police.
