अंतर राज्यीय असलहा तस्कर को कोर्ट से बड़ी राहत मिल गई। अपर मुख्य न्यायिक मजिस्ट्रेट (तृतीय) श्रीकांत गौरव की अदालत ने कोइरीपुर खुर्द, बड़ागांव निवासी आरोपित प्रशांत सिंह उर्फ अखिलेश सिंह को 20-20 हजार रुपए की दो जमानतें एवं बंधपत्र देने पर रिहा करने का आदेश दिया।

👉 प्रकरण के अनुसार लंका पुलिस को 24 अगस्त 2025 को मुखबिर से सूचना मिली कि दो असलहा तस्कर असलहाबकी तस्करी करने के लिए टिकरी गांव आने वाले है। इस सूचना पर प्रभारी निरीक्षक लंका राजकुमार शर्मा व चौकी प्रभारी रमना नवीन चतुर्वेदी ने वाहनों की चेकिंग शुरू कर दी। इस बीच दो युवक कार के साथ सड़क पर खड़े थे। शक होने पर पुलिस ने जब सड़क किनारे खड़े कार की तलाशी ली तो उसमें दो युवक सवार थे। तलाशी में पकड़े गए युवकों ने अपना नाम हिमांशु मिश्रा नारायणपुर काजीसराय, बड़ागांव व कोइरीपुर खुर्द, बडगांव निवासी प्रशांत सिंह उर्फ अखिलेश सिंह बताया। तलाशी में हिमांशु के पास से 315 बोर का तमंचा और प्रशांत सिंह के पास से एक पिस्टल मय लोड मैगजीन एक खाली मैगजीन 0.32 बोर 600 रुपए बरामद हुआ है। पूछताछ में उन्होंने बताया वे लोग बिहार से असलहा खरीद कर लाते है। यहां असलहा लाकर ऊंचे दामों पर बेचते है। जिसके बाद पुलिस ने उनके खिलाफ मुकदमा दर्ज कर जेल भेज दिया था।

Varanasi.

An inter-state arms smuggler received major relief from the court. The court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate (III) Srikanth Gaur ordered the release of the accused, Prashant Singh alias Akhilesh Singh, a resident of Koiripur Khurd, Baragaon, on two bail bonds of ₹20,000 each.

👉 According to the case, on August 24, 2025, Lanka Police received a tip from an informant that two arms smugglers were coming to Tikri village to smuggle weapons. Based on this information, Inspector-in-Charge of Lanka, Rajkumar Sharma, and Ramana Outpost In-charge, Naveen Chaturvedi, began checking vehicles. Meanwhile, two young men were standing on the road with a car. Suspecting something, the police searched the car parked on the roadside, finding two youths inside. The youths, upon being searched, identified themselves as Himanshu Mishra from Narayanpur Kazisarai, Baragaon, and Prashant Singh alias Akhilesh Singh from Koiripur Khurd, Baragaon. The search yielded a .315 bore country-made pistol from Himanshu and a pistol with a loaded magazine, an empty magazine, a .32 bore, and ₹600 from Prashant Singh. During interrogation, they revealed that they buy weapons from Bihar and sell them at high prices here. Following this, the police registered a case against them and sent them to jail.
