✍️✍️ Juvenile Granted Bail in Attempted Murder Case

 

हत्या के प्रयास में बाल अपचारी को मिली जमानत

चिकन लेने गए युवकों पर जानलेवा हमला करने के मामले में बाल अपचारी को कोर्ट से राहत मिल गई। प्रधान मजिस्ट्रेट (किशोर न्याय बोर्ड) सौरभ शुक्ला व सदस्यगण त्र्यंबक नाथ शुक्ला एवं आरती सेठ की पीठ ने बाल अपचारी को 50-50 हजार रुपए की दो जमानतें एवं बंधपत्र देने पर उसके पिता के संरक्षण में रिहा करने का आदेश दिया।

👉 अभियोजन पक्ष के अनुसार अगस्तकुंडा, दशाश्वमेध निवासी अंशू माली ने भेलूपुर थाने में प्राथमिकी दर्ज कराई थी। आरोप था कि वह 7 अक्टूबर 2025 को अपने दोस्तों पियूष और किशन लाल के साथ चिकन लेने के लिए गौरीगंज, भेलूपुर गये थे। वहां से वे लोग चिकन लेकर वापस आ रहे थे, तभी गौरीगंज तिराहे के पास कुछ लड़के खड़े थे और वह लोग हम लोगो कि गाड़ी रोककर गाड़ी में धक्का दे दिये तथा अकस्मात उसे जान से मारने की नियत से पंच व कड़े से उसपर ताबड़तोड़ हमला करने लगे। इस हमले से जब 2आह वह अचेत होकर जमीन पर गिर गया। इस पर उसके दोस्त जब बीचबचाव कर उसे बचाने की कोशिश करने लगे तो उसी में से कुछ लोग उन्हें भी दौड़ाकर मारने लगे। इस दौरान वह लोग आपस में कह रहे थे कि इसे इतना मारो कि जब तक यह मर न जाये। मारने-पीटने में लगभग 15 लड़के थे, जिसमें से मैं फैजी, सैफी व समर को पहचाना हूं। इस मामले मैनपुलिस ने तीनों नामजद अभियुक्तों के खिलाफ मुकदमा दर्ज कर बाल अपचारी को गिरफ्तार कर जेल भेज दिया था।

Juvenile Granted Bail in Attempted Murder Case

Varanasi.

The juvenile offender involved in the case of a deadly attack on youths who went to buy chicken received relief from the court. The bench of Principal Magistrate (Juvenile Justice Board) Saurabh Shukla and members Triambak Nath Shukla and Aarti Seth ordered the release of the juvenile into the custody of his father upon furnishing two sureties of ₹50,000 each and a bond.

👉 According to the prosecution: Anshu Mali, a resident of Augustkunda, Dashashwamedh, had lodged an FIR at Bhelupur Police Station. He alleged that on October 7, 2025, he, along with his friends Piyush and Kishan Lal, had gone to Gauriganj, Bhelupur, to buy chicken. As they were returning with the chicken, some boys standing near the Gauriganj Tirahe (crossroads) stopped their vehicle, pushed it, and then suddenly started a furious assault on him with punches and brass knuckles with the intent to kill. He fell unconscious to the ground due to the attack. When his friends tried to intervene and save him, some of the attackers chased and started beating them as well. During this, they were heard saying among themselves, "Hit him so much until he dies." There were approximately 15 boys involved in the assault, out of whom he identified Faizi, Saifi, and Samar. In this matter, the police registered a case against the three named accused and arrested and sent the juvenile offender to jail.
