✍️✍️ 85 Lakh Rupee Land Deal Fraud Case: Three Accused Granted Anticipatory Bail

 

85 लाख रुपये जमीन सौदे में धोखाधड़ी के मामले में तीन अभियुक्तों को मिली अग्रिम जमानत

 विशेष न्यायालय (भ्रष्टाचार निवारण अधिनियम) के न्यायाधीश अनिल कुमार शुक्ल की अदालत ने एक महत्वपूर्ण आदेश पारित करते हुए भूमि सौदे से जुड़े धोखाधड़ी के मामले में अभियुक्ता ललदेई, तथा अभियुक्तगण सुधीर कुमार यादव उर्फ मन्नू यादव और सुशील कुमार यादव उर्फ छन्नू यादव को सशर्त अग्रिम जमानत प्रदान की है।

👉 प्रकरण के अनुसार वादी सचिन कुमार मिश्र, प्रोप्राइटर शुभम इंटरप्राइजेज, ने आरोप लगाया था कि अभियुक्तगण ने मौजा ताड़ीखास की 70 बिस्वा भूमि बेचने के नाम पर उनसे 85 लाख रुपये और लगभग 6 लाख रुपये जमीन समतलीकरण में लिए, किंतु न तो जमीन का विक्रय विलेख किया और न ही रुपये लौटाए। बाद में जब वादी ने रुपये और जमीन की मांग की तो कथित रूप से अभियुक्तगण ने गाली-गलौज, मारपीट और जान से मारने की धमकी दी।

👉 वादी की तहरीर पर थाना बड़ागांव में धारा 406, 506, 504, 323, 420 भा.दं.सं. के अंतर्गत अभियोग पंजीकृत किया गया। विवेचना उपरांत ललदेई के विरुद्ध उपरोक्त धाराओं में तथा सुधीर यादव उर्फ मन्नू व सुशील यादव उर्फ छन्नू के विरुद्ध धारा 506, 504, 323 भा.दं.सं. में आरोप पत्र न्यायालय में प्रेषित किया गया।

85 Lakh Rupee Land Deal Fraud Case: Three Accused Granted Anticipatory Bail

In a significant ruling, the court of Special Judge (Prevention of Corruption Act) Anil Kumar Shukla has granted conditional anticipatory bail to three accused—Laldei, Sudhir Kumar Yadav alias Mannu Yadav, and Sushil Kumar Yadav alias Chhannu Yadav—in a land deal fraud case.

👉 According to the case details, the plaintiff, Sachin Kumar Mishra, proprietor of Shubham Enterprises, alleged that the accused promised to sell him a 70 biswa plot of land in Mauja Tari Khas. They took ₹85 lakh for the land and approximately ₹6 lakh for land leveling, but neither executed the sale deed nor returned the money. When the plaintiff later demanded his money and the land, the accused allegedly hurled abuses, assaulted him, and threatened to kill him.

👉 Based on the plaintiff's complaint, a case was registered at the Baragaon Police Station under sections 406, 506, 504, 323, and 420 of the Indian Penal Code (IPC). After the investigation, a chargesheet was filed against Laldei under the aforementioned sections and against Sudhir Yadav alias Mannu and Sushil Yadav alias Chhannu under sections 506, 504, and 323 of the IPC.
