बहुचर्चित अधिवक्ता पुत्र हेमंत पटेल हत्याकांड में आरोपित स्कूल प्रबंधक के पुत्र राज विजयेंद्र सिंह उर्फ राज विजेंद्र सिंह उर्फ रवि की जमानत अर्जी कोर्ट ने सख्त रुख अपनाते हुए खारिज कर दी है। जिला एवं सत्र न्यायालय के न्यायाधीश जयप्रकाश तिवारी की अदालत ने मामले की गंभीरता, साक्ष्यों और समाज में पड़े प्रभाव को देखते हुए यह निर्णय लिया।

हत्या का घटनाक्रम
👉 प्रकरण के अनुसार, सिंधौरा निवासी वादी कैलाश चंद्र वर्मा एडवोकेट ने शिवपुर थाने में एफआईआर दर्ज कराई थी। रिपोर्ट के मुताबिक, 22 अप्रैल 2025 को दिन में करीब 1 बजे खुशहाल नगर, नटिनियांदाई निवासी आरोपित राज विजयेंद्र सिंह ने प्रार्थी के पुत्र हेमंत पटेल को फोन कर अपने विद्यालय बुलाया।
👉 हेमंत को लाने के लिए आरोपित ने शशांक व किशन नामक दो व्यक्तियों को भेजा। हेमंत अपने दादा की बाइक से उनके साथ विद्यालय पहुंचा। उसी दिन दोपहर करीब 2:03 बजे वादी के नाती प्रिंस उर्फ गोलू के मोबाइल पर आशीष पटेल ने फोन कर जानकारी दी कि विद्यालय परिसर में स्थित प्रबंधक कक्ष में स्कूल प्रबंधक के पुत्र राज विजयेंद्र सिंह ने अपनी लाइसेंसी पिस्टल से हेमंत पटेल की गोली मारकर हत्या कर दी है।
गिरफ्तारी और वकीलों का विरोध
👉 घटना के अगले ही दिन पुलिस ने आरोपित को गिरफ्तार कर जेल भेज दिया। यह मामला अधिवक्ता समाज में उबाल बनकर सामने आया। न्यायिक कार्य ठप हो गया और वकीलों ने सड़कों पर उतरकर दोषियों के खिलाफ सख्त कार्रवाई की मांग की।

👉 According to the case, the plaintiff, advocate Kailash Chandra Verma, a resident of Sindhaura, filed an FIR at the Shivpur police station. The report states that on April 22, 2025, at around 1 PM, the accused, Raj Vijayendra Singh, a resident of Khushhal Nagar, Natiniyandai, called the plaintiff's son, Hemant Patel, and asked him to come to his school.
👉 To bring Hemant, the accused sent two individuals named Shashank and Kishan. Hemant arrived at the school with them on his grandfather's bike. On the same day, at around 2:03 PM, Ashish Patel called the plaintiff's grandson, Prince alias Golu, and informed him that the school manager's son, Raj Vijayendra Singh, had shot and killed Hemant Patel with his licensed pistol in the manager's office on the school premises.
