अपर सत्र न्यायालय के न्यायाधीश यजुवेंद्र विक्रम की अदालत ने थाना रामनगर क्षेत्र के गैर इरादतन हत्या के प्रयास से जुड़े एक गंभीर मामले में मलहिया टोला, रामनगर निवासी अभियुक्त आकाश साहनी व विकास साहनी को अग्रिम जमानत दे दी।

अभियोजन के अनुसार:
👉 वादी रिकू साहनी ने थाना रामनगर में प्राथमिकी दर्ज कराई थी कि उसके पड़ोसी भुल्लन साहनी, आकाश साहनी और विकास साहनी से उसका परिवार पुरानी रंजिश रखता है।
👉 आरोप है कि 6 अगस्त 2023 की सुबह लगभग 1 बजे अभियुक्तगण उसके घर के बाहर आकर गाली-गलौज करने लगे और उसके पिता को बुलाने की मांग की। विरोध करने पर अभियुक्त जबरन घर में घुस गए और धमकी दी कि जहां भी मिलेंगे, जान से मार देंगे।
👉 वादी का कहना है कि 8 अगस्त की शाम लगभग 7 बजे जब वह मोटरसाइकिल से लौट रहा था, तभी लालबहादुर शास्त्री की मूर्ति के पास पनारू पाज वाले के घर के सामने आरोपियों ने अपनी मोटरसाइकिल से टक्कर मारी और गाली-गलौज करते हुए लोहे की रॉड निकालकर उस पर हमला करने का प्रयास किया। इसी बीच, मौके पर पहुंचे वादी के परिजनों व आसपास के लोगों ने बीच-बचाव किया। आरोप है कि भुल्लन साहनी के उकसाने पर विकास साहनी ने वादी को पकड़ लिया और आकाश साहनी ने पीछे से रॉड से सिर पर वार कर दिया, जिससे वादी गंभीर रूप से घायल हो गया।
👉 घटना के बाद वादी को पहले सरकारी अस्पताल, रामनगर और फिर बीएचयू ट्रॉमा सेंटर में भर्ती कराया गया। 10 अगस्त 2023 को डिस्चार्ज होने के बाद उसने प्रार्थना पत्र दिया।
👉 अदालत ने दोनों पक्षों की दलीलें सुनने के बाद अभियुक्त आकाश साहनी व विकास साहनी की अग्रिम जमानत अर्जी स्वीकार कर ली।

Anticipatory Bail Granted to Two Accused in Attempted Culpable Homicide Case
Varanasi:
The court of Additional Sessions Judge Yajuvendra Vikram has granted anticipatory bail to accused Akash Sahni and Vikas Sahni, residents of Malhiya Tola, Ramnagar, in a serious case of attempted culpable homicide from the Ramnagar police station area.

According to the prosecution:
* The plaintiff, Rinku Sahni, had filed a First Information Report (FIR) at the Ramnagar police station, stating that his family had an old feud with his neighbors, Bhullan Sahni, Akash Sahni, and Vikas Sahni.
* It is alleged that on the morning of August 6, 2023, at approximately 1 a.m., the accused came outside his house and started verbally abusing him and demanded that he call his father. When he resisted, the accused forcibly entered his house and threatened to kill him wherever they found him.
* The plaintiff stated that on the evening of August 8, at approximately 7 p.m., while he was returning on his motorcycle, the accused hit him with their motorcycle near the statue of Lal Bahadur Shastri, in front of Panaru Paz's house. They verbally abused him and tried to attack him with an iron rod. In the meantime, the plaintiff's family members and local people arrived and intervened. It is alleged that at the instigation of Bhullan Sahni, Vikas Sahni held the plaintiff, and Akash Sahni hit him on the head with a rod from behind, causing the plaintiff to be seriously injured.
* After the incident, the plaintiff was first admitted to the government hospital in Ramnagar and then to the BHU Trauma Center. He submitted an application after being discharged on August 10, 2023.
* After hearing the arguments from both sides, the court accepted the anticipatory bail application of the accused, Akash Sahni and Vikas Sahni.
