वाराणसी कचहरी परिसर में अधिवक्ताओं के बीच बढ़ते विवाद अब मारपीट का रूप ले चुका हैं। अधिवक्ताओं का आक्रामक रुख अधिवक्ता समाज के लिए न केवल दुखद बल्कि गंभीर चिंता का विषय बन गया है। यह कहना है बार कौंसिल ऑफ इंडिया के वरिष्ठ सदस्य एवं वरिष्ठ फौजदारी अधिवक्ता श्रीनाथ त्रिपाठी का।

👉 शुक्रवार को एक अनौपचारिक बातचीत में उन्होंने कहा कि बार एसोसिएशन द्वारा इन घटनाओं को गंभीरता से न लेना और उन्हें नजरंदाज करना ही विवाद बढ़ने का मुख्य कारण है।

👉 श्रीनाथ त्रिपाठी ने बताया कि आए दिन न केवल आपसी विवाद और मारपीट हो रही है, बल्कि वरिष्ठ अधिवक्ताओं की सलाह को दरकिनार करते हुए उनके साथ दुर्व्यवहार और सोशल मीडिया पर अमर्यादित टिप्पणी तक की जा रही है। उन्होंने कहा कि कई अधिवक्ता वकालत के मूल धर्म से हटकर व्यक्तिगत स्वार्थवश जमीनी विवादों और पारिवारिक मामलों में स्वयं पक्षकार बनकर सक्रिय हो रहे हैं, जो पेशे की गरिमा के विरुद्ध है।

👉 वरिष्ठ अधिवक्ता ने जोर देकर कहा कि बार एसोसिएशन को ऐसी घटनाओं की जांच कर दोषी अधिवक्ताओं की सदस्यता समाप्त करनी चाहिए और बार कौंसिल से उनका पंजीकरण निरस्त करने की संस्तुति करनी चाहिए। यदि इसके बाद भी समाधान न निकले तो मामले को प्रशासन को सौंप देना चाहिए।

👉 उन्होंने कहा कि समय आ गया है जब बार एसोसिएशन को राजनीति और निजी स्वार्थ छोड़कर कठोर कदम उठाने होंगे। अन्यथा अधिवक्ता समाज की स्थिति इतनी गिर जाएगी, जिसकी कल्पना भी भयावह होगी।

The growing disputes among lawyers in the Varanasi court complex have now escalated into physical altercations. The aggressive behavior of some lawyers is not only unfortunate but also a serious cause for concern for the legal community. This was stated by senior criminal lawyer and senior member of the Bar Council of India, Shrinath Tripathi.

Key Highlights from the Discussion

 * In an informal conversation on Friday, he said that the main reason for the escalation of disputes is the Bar Association's failure to take these incidents seriously and its tendency to ignore them.

 * Shrinath Tripathi mentioned that not only are mutual disputes and fights occurring frequently, but senior lawyers are also being disregarded, verbally abused, and even targeted with indecent remarks on social media. He added that some lawyers are deviating from the core principles of the profession and, due to personal interests, are becoming active parties in land and family disputes, which is against the dignity of the profession.

 * The senior lawyer emphasized that the Bar Association should investigate such incidents, terminate the membership of the guilty lawyers, and recommend to the Bar Council that their registration be canceled. If a solution is still not reached, the matter should be handed over to the administration.

 * He said that the time has come for the Bar Association to set aside politics and personal interests and take strict action. Otherwise, the condition of the legal community will deteriorate to a point that is dreadful to even imagine.
