वाराणसी परिवार न्यायालय के प्रधान न्यायाधीश को अधिवक्ताओं ने दी बधाई, सात साल बाद संपन्न हुआ चुनाव, हरेंद्र बहादुर सिंह बने प्रदेश अध्यक्ष

उत्तर प्रदेश ज्यूडिशियल सर्विस एसोसिएशन का बहुप्रतीक्षित वार्षिक चुनाव रविवार को राजधानी लखनऊ में संपन्न हुआ। इस अवसर पर प्रदेशभर के न्यायिक अधिकारियों की उपस्थिति रही। चुनावी प्रक्रिया लंबे समय बाद संपन्न होने के कारण न्यायिक समुदाय में खासा उत्साह देखने को मिला।

👉 अध्यक्ष पद के लिए वाराणसी परिवार न्यायालय के प्रधान न्यायाधीश हरेंद्र बहादुर सिंह सहित न्यायिक अधिकारी इरफान अहमद, रेखा अग्निहोत्री और महेश कुमार वर्मा प्रत्याशी के रूप में मैदान में थे। मतगणना के बाद हरेंद्र बहादुर सिंह को सर्वाधिक मत प्राप्त हुए और वे विजयी घोषित किए गए। इस जीत के साथ ही हरेंद्र बहादुर सिंह अब तीन वर्ष की अवधि के लिए एसोसिएशन के अध्यक्ष पद की जिम्मेदारी संभालेंगे।

👉 विशेष उल्लेखनीय तथ्य यह रहा कि यह चुनाव सात वर्षों बाद संपन्न हुआ है, जिस कारण इसे न्यायिक बिरादरी में ऐतिहासिक माना जा रहा है।

👉 चुनाव में विजय के उपरांत शुक्रवार को वाराणसी के स्थानीय परिवार न्यायालय परिसर में अधिवक्ताओं ने न्यायाधीश हरेंद्र बहादुर सिंह का भव्य स्वागत किया।

👉 पूर्व अध्यक्ष (सेंट्रल बार एसोसिएशन) व वरिष्ठ अधिवक्ता विवेक शंकर तिवारी तथा पूर्व महामंत्री अनिल कुमार पाठक के नेतृत्व में अधिवक्ताओं ने हरेंद्र बहादुर सिंह के विश्राम कक्ष पहुंचकर उन्हें अंगवस्त्रम् और बुके भेंटकर सम्मानित किया।

👉 इस अवसर पर सेन्ट्रल बार एसोसिएशन की वर्तमान कोषाध्यक्ष सुधा सिंह, वरिष्ठ अधिवक्ता बासुदेव पटेल, अधिवक्ता आशुतोष पाठक, नितेश कुमार, शादाब, अहमद सहित अनेक अधिवक्ता उपस्थित रहे। सभी ने हरेंद्र बहादुर सिंह को जीत की बधाई देते हुए उम्मीद जताई कि उनके नेतृत्व में न्यायिक सेवा संगठन और अधिक सशक्त एवं प्रभावी रूप से कार्य करेगा।

Varanasi:

The long-awaited annual election of the Uttar Pradesh Judicial Service Association was successfully held on Sunday in the state capital, Lucknow. Judicial officers from across the state were present on this occasion. The judicial community was very enthusiastic as the election process took place after a long time.

Principal Judge Harender Bahadur Singh Wins Presidential Election

 * For the post of President, Principal Judge of Varanasi Family Court, Harender Bahadur Singh, was in the race along with judicial officers Irfan Ahmed, Rekha Agnihotri, and Mahesh Kumar Verma. After the counting of votes, Harender Bahadur Singh received the highest number of votes and was declared the winner. With this victory, he will now hold the post of president of the association for a term of three years.

 * It's especially noteworthy that this election was held after a gap of seven years, which is why it is considered a historic event in the judicial community.

Advocates Honor the Judge

 * After his victory, advocates gave a grand welcome to Judge Harender Bahadur Singh at the local Family Court complex in Varanasi on Friday.

 * Under the leadership of former President of the Central Bar Association and senior advocate Vivek Shankar Tiwari, along with former General Secretary Anil Kumar Pathak, the advocates went to Harender Bahadur Singh's chamber to honor him with a shawl and a bouquet.

 * Many advocates were present on this occasion, including the current Treasurer of the Central Bar Association, Sudha Singh, senior advocate Basudev Patel, advocates Ashutosh Pathak, Nitesh Kumar, Shadab, Ahmed, and others. Everyone congratulated Harender Bahadur Singh on his victory and expressed hope that under his leadership, the judicial service organization would work more effectively and powerfully.
