✍️✍️ Lawyers Upset with Judicial Officers' Behavior, Submit Memorandum

न्यायिक अधिकारियों के रवैये से नाराज़ अधिवक्ता, ज्ञापन सौंपा

👉दी सेन्ट्रल बार एसोसिएशन वाराणसी के अध्यक्ष मंगलेश दुबे एवं महामंत्री राजेश कुमार गुप्ता के नेतृत्व में अधिवक्ताओं का प्रतिनिधिमंडल आज दोपहर जिला जज से मिला।

👉अधिवक्ताओं ने आरोप लगाया कि कई न्यायिक अधिकारी समय से अदालत में नहीं बैठते, कार्यवाही के दौरान बार-बार विश्राम कक्ष चले जाते हैं और कुछ अधिकारी अधिवक्ताओं के साथ अव्यवहारिक भाषा का प्रयोग करते हैं। इस रवैये से नाराज़ अधिवक्ताओं ने जिला जज को ज्ञापन सौंपते हुए चेतावनी दी कि यदि उनकी मांगें पूरी नहीं हुईं तो वे संबंधित न्यायिक अधिकारियों की अदालतों का बहिष्कार करेंगे।

👉जिला जज ने प्रतिनिधिमंडल को आश्वासन दिया कि पूरे मामले की जानकारी उच्च न्यायालय के प्रशासनिक न्यायमूर्ति को भेजी जाएगी तथा दस दिनों के भीतर सुधारात्मक कदम उठाए जाएंगे।

👉अधिवक्ताओं ने साफ कहा कि यदि तय समयसीमा में ठोस कार्रवाई नहीं हुई तो वे भ्रष्ट न्यायालयों का बहिष्कार करने को बाध्य होंगे।

👉 प्रतिनिधिमंडल में अध्यक्ष व महामंत्री के अलावा वर्तमान अन्य पदाधिकारियों समेत अनेक अधिवक्तागण शामिल रहे।

Lawyers Upset with Judicial Officers' Behavior, Submit Memorandum

Varanasi

👉A delegation of lawyers led by Manglesh Dubey, President, and Rajesh Kumar Gupta, General Secretary of The Central Bar Association Varanasi, met with the District Judge this afternoon.

👉The lawyers alleged that several judicial officers do not sit in court on time, frequently go to their chambers during proceedings, and some use rude language with lawyers. Upset by this behavior, the lawyers submitted a memorandum to the District Judge, warning that if their demands were not met, they would boycott the courts of the concerned judicial officers.

👉The District Judge assured the delegation that the entire matter would be reported to the Administrative Justice of the High Court and that corrective measures would be taken within ten days.

👉The lawyers made it clear that if concrete action wasn't taken within the stipulated time, they would be forced to boycott the corrupt courts.

👉In addition to the president and general secretary, the delegation included other current office bearers and numerous lawyers.
