अनैतिक देह व्यापार कराने के मामले में संचालक को मिली अग्रिम जमानत

अनैतिक देह व्यापार कराने के मामले में आरोपित संचालक को कोर्ट से बड़ी राहत मिल गई। विशेष न्यायाधीश (पॉक्सो एक्ट द्वितीय) नितिन पाण्डेय की अदालत ने महमूरगंज, भेलूपुर निवासी आरोपित सुजीत तिवारी को 50 हजार रुपए की एक जमानत एवं बंधपत्र देने पर अग्रिम जमानत पर रिहा करने का आदेश दिया।

👉 प्रकरण के अनुसार डीसीपी क्राइम सरवणन टी को 4 अगस्त 2025 को मुखबिर से सूचना मिली कि चितईपुर थाना अंतर्गत संचालित दो स्पॉ सेंटर में स्पॉ की आड़ में देह व्यापार का धंधा चल रहा है। उक्त सूचना पर डीसीपी के नेतृत्व में काम कर रही एसओजी 2.0 ने सादे वर्दी में उक्त स्पॉ सेंटर पर ग्राहक बनकर पहुंची। बातचीत के दौरान जब यह पुख्ता हो गया कि यहां देह व्यापार का धंधा संचालित हो रहा है। इसके बाद दो दर्जन पुलिस बल के साथ घेराबंदी कर स्पॉ में मौजूद ग्राहक और कुछ युवतियों को पकड़ा। स्पॉ सेंटर का संचालन श्री राम कॉप्लेक्स के तीसरे तल्ले और पिज्जा पाई बिल्डिंग के ऊपर हो रहा था। छापेमारी की दोनों ठिकानों से पुलिस को यूज और सील पैकेट कंडोम मिला। पुलिस ने दोनों स्थान से 8 लड़कियां, और 5 पुरुष ग्राहक को हिरासत में ले लिया है। स्पा संचालन से जुड़ा 1 व्यक्ति भी मौके से पकड़ा गया है। पुलिस ने सभी को चितईपुर थाने लेकर गई है। जिसके बाद इस मामले में संचालक सुजीत तिवारी समेत कई लोगों के खिलाफ मुकदमा दर्ज किया गया था।

Operator Granted Anticipatory Bail in Illicit Trafficking Case

 The accused operator in a case of illicit flesh trade has received a significant relief from the court. The court of Special Judge (POCSO Act II) Nitin Pandey ordered the release of the accused, Sujit Tiwari, a resident of Mahmoodganj, Bhelupur, on anticipatory bail after furnishing a bail bond and personal bond of fifty thousand rupees.

Senior advocates Anuj Yadav, Abhishek Srivastava, Pankaj, Naresh Yadav, and Sandeep Yadav represented the defense in court.

👉 According to the case, on August 4, 2025, Deputy Commissioner of Police (DCP) Crime Saravanan T received a tip from an informant that two spa centers operating under the Chitaiypur Police Station were running a prostitution ring under the guise of a spa. Based on this information, the SOG 2.0 team, led by the DCP, went to the spa centers as decoy customers in plain clothes. After confirming that a flesh trade business was operating there, they, along with two dozen police personnel, surrounded the spas and apprehended the customers and several young women present. The spa centers were operating on the third floor of Shri Ram Complex and on top of the Pizza Pie building. During the raid, police found used and sealed packets of condoms at both locations. The police took eight girls and five male customers into custody from both places. One person associated with the spa's operation was also caught on the spot. All were taken to the Chitaiypur Police Station, and a case was registered against the operator Sujit Tiwari and several others.
