मोटर साइकिल चोरी के मामले में आरोपी को कोर्ट से राहत

अपर मुख्य न्यायिक मजिस्ट्रेट विवेक चौधरी की अदालत ने थाना जैतपुरा में दर्ज एक गंभीर आपराधिक मामले में बजरडीहा निवासी अभियुक्त मोहम्मद इरशाद की ओर से प्रस्तुत जमानत प्रार्थना पत्र को स्वीकार कर लिया।

👉अभियोजन के अनुसार, वादी सज्जाद अली पुत्र स्व. छवील हुसैन निवासी दोषीपुरा, थाना जैतपुरा ने पुलिस को दी गई तहरीर में बताया कि दिनांक 21 अगस्त 2025 की रात वह टाटा कंपनी के पास स्थित चाय की दुकान पर अपने भतीजे वसी हसन की मोटरसाइकिल से चाय पीने गया था। चाय पीने के बाद जब वह वापस लौटा, तो मोटरसाइकिल मौके से गायब थी। आसपास तलाश करने के बावजूद वाहन का कोई सुराग नहीं मिला।

👉वादी की तहरीर पर थाना जैतपुरा पुलिस ने अज्ञात चोरों के विरुद्ध भारतीय न्याय संहिता (BNS) की धारा 303(2) के तहत मुकदमा दर्ज कर आवश्यक विवेचना प्रारंभ की थी। जिसमें विवेचना के दौरान बाद में 317(2) BNS की धारा बढ़ोतरी की गई।

The court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate Vivek Chaudhary accepted the bail application presented on behalf of the accused, Mohammad Irshad, a resident of Bajardiha, in a serious criminal case registered at Jaitpura Police Station.

👉 According to the prosecution: The complainant, Sajjad Ali son of late Chhavil Hussain, resident of Doshipura, Jaitpura Police Station, stated in the complaint given to the police that on the night of August 21, 2025, he had gone to a tea shop near the Tata company to have tea, riding the motorcycle of his nephew, Wasi Hasan. When he returned after having tea, the motorcycle was missing from the spot. Despite searching the vicinity, no trace of the vehicle was found.

👉 Based on the complainant's complaint, the Jaitpura Police Station registered a case against unknown thieves under Section 303(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS) and initiated the necessary investigation. During the investigation, Section 317(2) of the BNS was later added.
