✍️✍️ Accused Granted Relief by Court in Rape Attempt Case

दुष्कर्म के मामले में आरोपी को कोर्ट से राहत

वाराणसी।

अपर जिला एवं सत्र न्यायालय द्रुतगामी प्रथम के न्यायाधीश कुलदीप सिंह द्वितीय की अदालत ने एक गंभीर प्रकरण में अभियुक्त प्रांशु सिंह उर्फ प्रियांशु सिंह को राहत प्रदान की है। अदालत ने अभियुक्त की ओर से प्रस्तुत जमानत प्रार्थना पत्र को स्वीकार करते हुए उसे एक एक लाख रुपए के निजी मुचलके एवं समान धनराशि के दो जमानतदारों पर रिहा करने का आदेश दिया।

👉 मामला थाना जंसा का है, जिसमें अभियुक्त पर आरोप था कि दिनांक 06 सितंबर 2025 की रात लगभग 8 से 9 बजे के बीच जब वादी मुकदमा (पीड़िता) कचरा फेंकने बाहर गई थी, तभी अभियुक्त ने उसकी साड़ी खींचकर उसके साथ बलात्कार का प्रयास किया।

👉 वादिनी की ओर से दर्ज तहरीर के आधार पर अभियुक्त के विरुद्ध धारा 64(1), 351(3), 75(2), 76, 62 बी.एन.एस. में मुकदमा पंजीकृत किया गया था।

Accused Granted Relief by Court in Rape Attempt Case

Varanasi.

The court of Additional District and Sessions Judge, Fast Track First, Kuldeep Singh II, has granted relief to the accused, Pranshu Singh alias Priyanshu Singh, in a serious case. The court accepted the bail application presented by the accused and ordered his release on a personal bond of one lakh rupees and two sureties of the same amount.

👉 The case pertains to Jansa police station, where the accused was charged that on the night of September 6, 2025, between approximately 8 and 9 p.m., when the complainant (victim) had gone outside to dispose of garbage, the accused allegedly pulled her sari and attempted to commit rape.

👉 Based on the complaint filed by the complainant, a case was registered against the accused under Sections 64(1), 351(3), 75(2), 76, and 62 of the B.N.S. (Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita).
