पुरानी रंजिश को लेकर प्राणघातक हमला करने और छेड़खानी करने के मामले में आरोपित सगे भाइयों को कोर्ट से राहत मिल गई। प्रभारी सत्र न्यायाधीश की अदालत ने राखी नेवादा, जंसा निवासी आरोपित अमरनाथ यादव व लालजी यादव को 50-50 हजार रुपए के दो बंधपत्र देने पर अंतरिम जमानत पर रिहा करने का आदेश दिया। साथ ही नियमित जमानत के लिए अगली तिथि 23अक्टूबर नियत की है।

👉 अभियोजन पक्ष के अनुसार राखी नेवादा, जंसा निवासी वादी शशिकान्त यादव ने जंसा थाने में प्राथमिकी दर्ज कराई थी। आरोप था कि 24 जून 2018 को सुबह 8.30 बजे अपनी जमीन पर ईट गिरवा रहा था। उसी दौरान पुरानी रंजिश को लेकर विपक्षी अमरनाथ यादव, लालजी यादव, शिवशंकर यादव व रविशंकर यादव, सुजीत यादव व सुनील यादव एक गोल बनाकर हमारे दरवाजे पर पहुंचकर माँ-बहन की भद्दी-भद्दी गाली देते हुये लाठी-डण्डे से प्रहार करने करने लगे। इस बीच शोर सुनकर हमारा भाई ऋषिकान्त यादव, मां सविता देवी, पिता राजेन्द प्रसाद यादव के साथ मुरली यादव व दलसिंगार यादव बीचबचाव के लिये पहुँचे तो सभी लोग इन लोगो को भी लाठी-डण्डे से मारने लगे। बचने के लिये हमारी माता सविता देवी घर मे गयी तो ये लोग घर में घुसकर उनके गले का सोने का चैन छीन लिये। इस पर जब मा को बचाने के लिये बहन सुषमा यादव गयी तो ये लोग उसके साथ गाली गलौज और छेडखानी करने लगे। हमले मे मेरे पिता, भाई और मुरली यादव व दलसिंगार यादव के सिर पर गंभीर चोट लगी। इस मामले में पुलिस ने सभी आरोपितों के खिलाफ मुकदमा दर्ज कर आरोप पत्र न्यायालय में प्रेषित कर दिया था। इस मामले में दोनों आरोपितों ने कोर्ट में समर्पण कर जमानत के लिए अर्जी दी थी।

Interim Bail Granted to Accused in Case of Molestation and Grievous Assault

The accused brothers received relief from the court in the case of grievous assault and molestation stemming from an old enmity. The court of the In-charge Sessions Judge ordered the release of the accused, Amarnath Yadav and Lalji Yadav, residents of Rakhi Nevada, Jansa, on interim bail upon furnishing two bonds of ₹50,000 each. The next date for regular bail has been set for October 23rd.

👉 According to the prosecution, the complainant, Shashikant Yadav, a resident of Rakhi Nevada, Jansa, had filed a First Information Report (FIR) at Jansa Police Station. The allegation was that on June 24, 2018, at 8:30 AM, he was getting bricks unloaded on his land. It was during this time, due to an old enmity, that the opposing party—Amarnath Yadav, Lalji Yadav, Shivshankar Yadav, Ravishankar Yadav, Sujit Yadav, and Sunil Yadav—formed a group, arrived at his doorstep, hurled vulgar abuses at his mother and sister, and began assaulting them with sticks and batons.
In the meantime, upon hearing the commotion, his brother Rishikant Yadav, mother Savita Devi, father Rajendra Prasad Yadav, along with Murli Yadav and Dalsingar Yadav, arrived to intervene. All the assailants then began beating these individuals as well with sticks and batons. When his mother, Savita Devi, went inside the house to escape, the accused entered her house and snatched the gold chain from her neck. When his sister, Sushma Yadav, went to save their mother, the accused abused her and molested her.
In the attack, his father, brother, Murli Yadav, and Dalsingar Yadav sustained serious head injuries. In this matter, the police filed a case against all the accused and submitted the charge sheet to the court. The two accused surrendered in court and applied for bail.
