 सत्र न्यायालय के न्यायाधीश संजीव शुक्ला की अदालत ने थाना शिवपुर में दर्ज लड़की से जबरन शादी व 5 लाख रंगदारी मांगने के मामले में अभियुक्त आरिफ निवासी थाना लालपुर पांडेयपुर के जमानत प्रार्थना पत्र को स्वीकार कर लिया है।

👉 अभियोजन के अनुसार, वादी ने अपनी तहरीर में आरोप लगाया था कि उनकी पुत्री, जो कक्षा-12 की छात्रा है, से अभियुक्त आरिफ पिछले कई दिनों से बातचीत करता था और अब जबरन शादी करने का प्रयास कर रहा है। वादी के अनुसार, अभियुक्त ने धमकी दी थी कि यदि शादी नहीं की गई या 5 लाख रुपये नहीं दिए गए तो लड़की को जान से मारकर बोरे में भरकर नदी में फेंक देगा।

वादी की तहरीर पर पुलिस ने अभियुक्त के विरुद्ध धारा 352, 308(5), 351(3) भारतीय न्याय संहिता (BNS) के तहत मुकदमा पंजीकृत किया था।

Ransom Case of ₹5 Lakh, Bail Granted

Varanasi. 

The court of Sessions Judge Sanjeev Shukla has accepted the bail application of the accused, Arif, resident of Lalpur Pandeypur Police Station, in a case registered at Shivpur Police Station concerning the forced marriage of a girl and demanding a ransom of ₹5 lakh.

"The accused was represented in court by criminal advocate Junaid Jafri."

👉 According to the prosecution, the complainant alleged in his written complaint that his daughter, a Class-12 student, had been talking to the accused Arif for several days, and now he was trying to forcibly marry her. As per the complainant, the accused had threatened that if the marriage was not performed or if ₹5 lakh was not paid, he would kill the girl, stuff her in a sack, and throw her into the river.

Based on the complainant's report, the police registered a case against the accused under Sections 352, 308(5), and 351(3) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS).
