विशेष न्यायालय (आवश्यक वस्तु अधिनियम) के न्यायाधीश सर्वजीत कुमार सिंह की अदालत ने थाना रामनगर क्षेत्र के एक गंभीर आपराधिक प्रकरण में अभियुक्त दिलीप यादव उर्फ दरोगा पुत्र स्व. बबलू यादव, निवासी सिहाबीर, थाना रामनगर की जमानत अर्जी स्वीकार कर ली।

मामले का विवरण

वादिनी श्रीमती चंचल सिह ने थाना रामनगर में दर्ज कराई तहरीर में बताया था कि दिनांक 13 सितंबर 2025 की रात्रि लगभग 8.30 बजे 8–10 लोग उसके घर का गेट तोड़कर अंदर घुस आए और गाली-गलौज करते हुए घर में तोड़फोड़ शुरू कर दी। इसी दौरान विवेक सिंह, शिवम पाठक, आकाश यादव, दिलीप यादव उर्फ दरोगा, प्रतीक सिंह एवं 3–4 अज्ञात लोगों ने असलहे से दो राउंड फायरिंग की तथा उसके पुत्र हिमांशू को जान से मारने की धमकी दी।

वादिनी के अनुसार, आरोपीगण बाद में सौरभ पुत्र उपेन्द्र कुमार शर्मा, निवासी कजरी मोड़, सुल्तानपुर, रामनगर के घर पहुंचे और वहां भी ईंट-पत्थर से हमला करते हुए फायरिंग की।

तहरीर के आधार पर पुलिस ने बीएनएस की धारा 191(2), 191(3), 190, 333, 324(4), 109(1), 351(2), 352 के तहत मुकदमा पंजीकृत किया था।

Bail for Dileep Yadav alias Daroga in a serious case of firing and assault

Varanasi.

The court of Judge Sarvjeet Kumar Singh, Special Court (Essential Commodities Act), has accepted the bail application of the accused Dileep Yadav alias Daroga, son of the late Bablu Yadav, a resident of Sihabeer, Ramnagar police station, in a serious criminal case within the jurisdiction of Ramnagar police station. 

Senior criminal advocate Ajay Gethe represented the accused.

Details of the Case

Complainant Smt. Chanchal Singh, in the FIR lodged at Ramnagar police station, stated that on the night of September 13, 2025, at approximately 8:30 PM, 8-10 people broke the gate of her house, forced their way inside, and began verbally abusing and vandalizing the home. During this, Vivek Singh, Shivam Pathak, Akash Yadav, Dileep Yadav alias Daroga, Prateek Singh, and 3-4 unknown persons fired two rounds from a firearm and threatened to kill her son Himanshu.

According to the complainant, the accused later went to the house of Saurabh, son of Upendra Kumar Sharma, resident of Kajri Mod, Sultanpur, Ramnagar, and attacked there as well, pelting bricks and stones and firing.

Based on the complaint, the police had registered a case under sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 333, 324(4), 109(1), 351(2), and 352 of the BNS (Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita).
