गैर-इरादतन हत्या के प्रयास मामले में दो आरोपियों को अग्रिम जमानत से राहत

विशेष न्यायालय गैंगस्टर एक्ट के न्यायाधीश सुशील कुमार खरवार की अदालत ने थाना भेलूपुर में दर्ज एक गंभीर आपराधिक मामले में अभियुक्त राहुल मौर्या एवं रोहित मौर्या पुत्रगण पप्पू मौर्या निवासी खोजवाँ, थाना भेलूपुर द्वारा दायर अग्रिम जमानत प्रार्थना पत्र को स्वीकार कर लिया है।

👉 अभियोजन के अनुसार वादी अर्जुन कनौजिया ने थाना भेलूपुर में तहरीर देकर आरोप लगाया था कि वह खोजवाँ नकटइया मेले में घूमने गया था, जहां अभियुक्त राहुल मौर्या, अतुल मौर्या तथा अन्य अज्ञात व्यक्ति उसे पकड़कर लात, घूसा, पंच व लोहे की रॉड से बेरहमी से मारते हुए गंभीर रूप से घायल कर दिए। आरोप है कि मारपीट के बाद उसे बेहोशी की हालत में फेंक दिया गया।

👉 बता दें कि वादी की तहरीर के आधार पर थाना भेलूपुर में दिनांक 1 अक्टूबर 2025 को अभियुक्तगण राहुल मौर्या, रोहित मौर्या, एक अन्य अभियुक्त अतुल मौर्या तथा एक अज्ञात व्यक्ति के विरुद्ध धारा 191(2), 115(2), 110 बीएनएस के तहत प्राथमिकी दर्ज की गई थी।

Varanasi.

The court of Judge Sushil Kumar Kharwar of the Special Court (Gangster Act) has accepted the anticipatory bail application filed by accused Rahul Maurya and Rohit Maurya, sons of Pappu Maurya and residents of Khojwan (Bhelupur Police Station), in a serious criminal case registered at Bhelupur police station.

 "In court, criminal advocates Ashok Kumar Yadav and Vibhuti Narayan Pandey (Sanju) effectively presented the case on behalf of the defense, arguing for the bail petition."

👉 According to the prosecution, the complainant Arjun Kanaujia lodged a written complaint at Bhelupur police station alleging that he had gone to visit the Khojwan Nakataiya fair, where the accused Rahul Maurya, Atul Maurya, and other unknown persons caught him and brutally beat him with kicks, fists, punches, and an iron rod, leaving him seriously injured. It is alleged that after the assault, he was thrown away in an unconscious state.

👉 It should be noted that based on the complainant's complaint, an FIR was registered at Bhelupur police station on October 1, 2025, against the accused Rahul Maurya, Rohit Maurya, another accused Atul Maurya, and one unknown person under sections 191(2), 115(2), and 110 of the BNS (Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita).
