पुरानी रंजिश को लेकर घर में घुसकर प्राणघातक हमला व छेड़खानी करने के मामले में दो सगे भाइयों को कोर्ट से राहत मिल गई। विशेष न्यायाधीश (इसी एक्ट) सर्वजीत सिंह की अदालत ने राखी नेवादा, जंसा निवासी आरोपित अमरनाथ यादव व लालजी यादव को 50-50 हजार रुपए की दो जमानतें एवं बंधपत्र देने पर रिहा करने का आदेश दिया।

👉 अभियोजन पक्ष के अनुसार वादी मुकदमा शशिकान्त यादव ने जंसा थाने में प्राथमिकी दर्ज कराई थी। आरोप था कि 24 जून 2018 को सुबह 8:30 बजे वह अपनी जमीन पर ईंट गिरवा रहे थे। उसी दौरान विपक्षीगण अमरनाथ यादव, लालजी यादव, शिवशंकर यादव, रविशंकर यादव, सुजीत यादव, सुनील यादव एक गोल बनाकर उसके दरवाजे पर भद्दी-भद्दी गाली देते हुये लाठी, डन्डा से प्रहार करने लगे। इन लोगों को मारपीट करने के लिए अमरनाथ यादव व शिवशंकर यादव के ललकारने पर आवाज सुनकर उसका भाई ऋषिकान्त यादव, माता सविता देवी, पिता राजेन्द्र प्रसाद यादव, मुरली यादव व दलसिंगार यादव बचाव के लिए पहुँचें तो ये लोग इन लोगों को भी लाठी-डन्डे से मारने लगें। बचने के लिऐ उसकी माता सविता देवी घर में गयी तो ये लोग घर में घुसकर उनके गले का सोने का चैन छीन लिये। माता जी को बचाने के लिए उसकी बहन सुषमा यादव जब गयी तो ये लोग उसके साथ गालीगलौज और छेड़खानी करने लगे। मारपीट में उसके पिता, भाई मुरली यादव व दलसिंगार यादव के सिर पर गम्भीर चोट लगी है। इस मामले में पुलिस ने आरोपितों के खिलाफ मुकदमा दर्ज कर आरोप पत्र न्यायालय में प्रेषित कर दिया था। जिस पर दोनों आरोपितों ने अपने अधिवक्ता के माध्यम से कोर्ट में समर्पण कर जमानत के लिए अर्जी दी थी।

Two Real Brothers Get Bail in Fatal Attack Case

Two real brothers received relief from the court in a case involving a fatal attack and molestation after entering a house due to an old rivalry. The court of Special Judge (EC Act) Sarvajit Singh ordered the release of the accused Amar Nath Yadav and Lal Ji Yadav, residents of Rakhi Nevada, Jansa, upon furnishing two bail bonds and personal bonds of ₹50,000 each.

👉 According to the prosecution, the complainant, Shashikant Yadav, had lodged an FIR at Jansa police station. The allegation was that on June 24, 2018, at 8:30 AM, he was having bricks unloaded on his land. During that time, the opposing parties – Amar Nath Yadav, Lal Ji Yadav, Shivshankar Yadav, Ravishankar Yadav, Sujeet Yadav, and Sunil Yadav – formed a group, reached his doorstep, abused him badly, and started attacking with sticks and batons. When his brother Hrishikant Yadav, mother Savita Devi, father Rajendra Prasad Yadav, Murli Yadav, and Dalsingar Yadav heard the commotion and came for their rescue, the accused also started beating them with sticks and batons. When his mother, Savita Devi, went inside the house to escape, they entered the house and snatched the gold chain from her neck. When his sister, Sushma Yadav, went to save their mother, the accused started abusing and molesting her. In the assault, his father, brother Murli Yadav, and Dalsingar Yadav suffered serious injuries to their heads. In this matter, the police had registered a case against the accused and submitted the charge sheet to the court. Following this, both the accused surrendered in court through their advocate and applied for bail.
