पुरानी रंजिश को लेकर अंडा विक्रेता को जान से मारने की नियत से गोली मारने के मामले में आरोपित को कोर्ट से राहत मिल गई। विशेष न्यायाधीश (भ्रष्टाचार निवारण अधिनियम तृतीय) पूनम पाठक की अदालत ने बरवां, सिंधौरा निवासी आरोपित जितेंद्र उर्फ सोनू तिवारी को 50-50 हजार रुपए की दो जमानतें एवं बंधपत्र देने पर रिहा करने का आदेश दिया।

👉 अभियोजन पक्ष के अनुसार वादी मुकदमा राजेन्द्र पटेल ने 27 जुलाई 2025 को करीब 11 बजे सुरेन्द्र तिवारी के साथ बाजार से अपने घर आया। उसी दौरान सुरेन्द्र तिवारी का लड़का दीपक तिवारी वादी के घर पर आकर वादी को मारने लगा। जब वादी ने विरोध किया तो जान से मारने की धमकी देते हुए चला गया। शाम को सात बजे जब वादी अपने अण्डे की दुकान खोली तब सोनू तिवारी एक अन्य व्यक्ति के साथ वादी के दुकान पर आये और गोली से जान से मारने की धमकी देकर चले गये। उसके करीब एक से डेढ़ घण्टे बाद 8:30 बजे के करीब चार पहिया वाहन से विनीत सिंह और दीपक तिवारी और एक-दो अज्ञात लोग वादी के दुकान पर आये और वादी को निशाना करके वादी को जान से मारने की नीयत से गोली चलाने लगे। इस मामले में पुलिस ने 28 जुलाई 2025 को सिंधौरा थाने में दीपक तिवारी, सोनू तिवारी, विनीत सिंह व एक अन्य अज्ञात के विरूद्ध विभिन्न धाराओं में मुकदमा दर्ज कर आरोपित जितेंद्र उर्फ सोनू तिवारी को गिरफ्तार कर जेल भेज दिया था। गिरफ्तारी के दौरान आरोपित के पास से घटना में प्रयुक्त असलहा भी बरामद किया था।

Accused Granted Bail in Attempted Murder Case

An accused person has been granted relief by the court in a case where he allegedly shot an egg vendor with the intent to kill him over an old rivalry. The court of Special Judge (Prevention of Corruption Act III), Poonam Pathak, ordered the release of the accused, Jitendra alias Sonu Tiwari, a resident of Barwan, Sindhaura, on two bail bonds of ₹50,000 each. Senior advocates Anuj Yadav, Anand Tiwari 'Pankaj,' Naresh Yadav, and Sandeep Yadav represented the defense in court.
👉 According to the prosecution, the plaintiff, Rajendra Patel, came home from the market with Surendra Tiwari on July 27, 2025, at around 11:00 AM. During this time, Surendra Tiwari's son, Deepak Tiwari, came to the plaintiff's house and started hitting him. When the plaintiff resisted, Deepak Tiwari threatened to kill him and left. At 7:00 PM, when the plaintiff opened his egg shop, Sonu Tiwari and another person came to the shop, threatened to kill the plaintiff with a gun, and left. About one to one and a half hours later, at around 8:30 PM, Vineet Singh, Deepak Tiwari, and one or two unknown persons came to the plaintiff's shop in a four-wheeler vehicle and started firing at the plaintiff with the intent to kill him.
👉 In this case, the police registered a complaint against Deepak Tiwari, Sonu Tiwari, Vineet Singh, and one unknown person under various sections at the Sindhaura police station on July 28, 2025. They arrested the accused, Jitendra alias Sonu Tiwari, and sent him to jail. During the arrest, the weapon used in the incident was also recovered from the accused.
