अपर सत्र न्यायालय देवकांत शुक्ला की अदालत ने रामनगर थाने में दर्ज एक गंभीर आपराधिक प्रकरण में अभियुक्त जावेद अली और नाजनीन की ओर से प्रस्तुत अग्रिम जमानत प्रार्थना पत्र स्वीकार कर लिया है।

👉 मूल रूप से दुर्गाकुंड, भेलूपुर निवासी जावेद अली के विरुद्ध रामनगर थाने में वादिनी आरती साहनी द्वारा धारा 406, 465, 504, 506 भा.दं.सं. के तहत गंभीर आरोप लगाए गए थे। आरोप के अनुसार, वादिनी ने जावेद अली व उनकी पत्नी नाजनीन से रामनगर स्थित एक मकान ₹35 लाख में खरीदा था, जिसकी पुष्टि संबंधित दस्तावेजों के माध्यम से हुई।
👉 मकान के विक्रय के पश्चात आरोपी पक्ष ने कुछ समय के लिए मकान में रहने का निवेदन किया, जिसे मानकर वादिनी ने उन्हें कुछ समय दिया। लेकिन बाद में जब खाली करने को कहा गया तो आरोपियों ने गाली-गलौज और जान से मारने की धमकी दी। वादिनी के अनुसार, जावेद अली व नाजनीन ने एक फर्जी इकरारनामा बनाकर उनके व उनके पति के नकली हस्ताक्षर तैयार किए, और ₹52 लाख की अवैध मांग की।
👉 इस आधार पर दिनांक 29 जून 2025 को मु.अ.सं. 144/2025 दर्ज किया गया।

Accused Get Relief in Ramnagar House Dispute Case

The court of Additional Sessions Judge Devkant Shukla has accepted the anticipatory bail application presented by the accused Javed Ali and Naznin in a serious criminal case registered at Ramnagar Police Station.
Advocates Shrikant Prajapati, Parag Kumar, and Bhupesh Prajapati represented the accused in court.
The plaintiff, Aarti Sahni, had filed serious charges under sections 406, 465, 504, and 506 of the Indian Penal Code against Javed Ali, a resident of Durgakund, Bhelupur. According to the allegations, the plaintiff bought a house in Ramnagar from Javed Ali and his wife, Nazneen, for ₹35 lakh, which was confirmed by relevant documents.
After the sale, the accused requested to stay in the house for a short period, which the plaintiff granted. However, when asked to vacate later, the accused allegedly abused and threatened to kill her. According to the plaintiff, Javed Ali and Nazneen created a fake agreement and forged the signatures of her and her husband, demanding an illegal sum of ₹52 lakh.
Based on these allegations, case number 144/2025 was registered on June 29, 2025.
