बाइक चोरी और बरामदगी के मामले में आरोपित को कोर्ट से राहत मिल गई। प्रभारी जिला जज रविन्द्र श्रीवास्तव की अदालत ने हरिहरपुर, धरहरा (चौबेपुर) निवासी आरोपित पवन यादव को 50-50 हजार रुपए की दो जमानतें एवं बंधपत्र देने पर रिहा करने का आदेश दिया।

👉 अभियोजन पक्ष के अनुसार लखमीपुर, लोहता निवासी अधिवक्ता दूधनाथ सिंह की 13 मई 2025 को हीरो मोटर साइकिल (यूपी 65 बीएक्स 1667) अपराह्न करीब 2.30 बजे कचहरी स्थित गोलघर चौराहे से चोरी हो गई थी। काफी खोजबीन के बाद भी जब बाइक का पता नहीं चला तो उन्होंने कैंट थाने में अज्ञात चोर के खिलाफ बाइक चोरी की प्राथमिकी दर्ज कराई थी। इस मामले में पुलिस ने मुकदमा दर्ज कर विवेचना शुरू की। विवेचना के दौरान 17 जुलाई 2025 को पुलिस द्वारा हरिहरपुर, धरहरा (चौबेपुर) निवासी आरोपित पवन यादव को हजरत बाबा अली बक्स शहीद मजार के पास से एक चोरी की मोटरसाइकिल के साथ गिरफ्तार किया गया। बाद में पूछताछ के दौरान उसकी निशानदेही पर पुलिस ने अधिवक्ता दूधनाथ सिंह की चोरी की मोटरसाइकिल भी बरामद की गयी। पूछताछ में आरोपित ने बताया कि उसने कचहरी से अधिवक्ता की बाइक चोरी की थी।

Varanasi: In a case of motorcycle theft and recovery, the accused was granted relief by the court. In-charge District Judge Ravindra Srivastava's court ordered the release of the accused, Pawan Yadav, a resident of Hariharpur, Dharhara (Chaubepur), on two bail bonds of ₹50,000 each.
The defense was represented in court by advocates Naresh Yadav, Chandrabali Patel, Saurabh Yadav, and Sandeep Yadav.
According to the prosecution, on May 13, 2025, a Hero motorcycle (UP 65 BX 1667) belonging to advocate Dudhnath Singh, a resident of Lakhmipur, Lohta, was stolen from the Golghar intersection at the collectorate at around 2:30 p.m. When the motorcycle couldn't be found after a thorough search, he filed a first information report (FIR) for motorcycle theft against an unknown thief at the Cantt police station. The police registered a case and started an investigation. During the investigation, on July 17, 2025, the police arrested the accused, Pawan Yadav, from Hariharpur, Dharhara (Chaubepur), near the shrine of Hazrat Baba Ali Bux Shaheed, along with a stolen motorcycle. During questioning, the police also recovered advocate Dudhnath Singh's stolen motorcycle based on the information provided by the accused. The accused admitted during questioning that he had stolen the advocate's motorcycle from the collectorate.
