वाराणसी में तैनात एक महिला कांस्टेबल से दुष्कर्म के मामले में आरोपित फर्जी दरोगा को कोर्ट से राहत नहीं मिली। फास्टट्रैक कोर्ट (प्रथम) कुलदीप सिंह की अदालत ने बड़ौरा, उन्नाव निवासी आरोपित निखिल उर्फ निखिलेश त्रिवेदी उर्फ शानू की जमानत अर्जी मामले की गंभीरता को देखते हुए खारिज कर दी।

👉 अभियोजन पक्ष के अनुसार पीड़िता ने 16 नवंबर 2024 को चितईपुर थाने में प्राथमिकी दर्ज कराई थी। आरोप था कि वह जब 29 अक्टूबर 2024 को अन्नपूर्णा मंदिर में ड्यूटी पर तैनात थी। उसी दौरान एक व्यक्ति जिसका नाम निखिल उर्फ निखिलेश त्रिवेदी उर्फ शानू जो उपनिरीक्षक की वर्दी पहने हुए था। उसने मुझसे कहा कि वह पुलिस हेडक्वाटर (पीएचक्यू) लखनऊ में कंप्यूटर ऑपरेटर के पद पर नियुक्त हूं। उसने पीड़िता का नंबर मांगा तो पुलिस वाला होने के चलते उसने अपना नंबर उसे दे दिया। इसके बाद अगले दिन 30 अक्टूबर को फोन किया और कुछ देर बातचीत की। बाद में 4 नवंबर 2024 को जब पीड़िता ड्यूटी समाप्त कर वापस घर जा रही थी, तभी निखिल उसे रामापुरा चौराहे पर मिला व जबरदस्ती पीछा करते हुए उसके रुम पर पहुंच और जबरदस्ती मारपीट कर मुंह दबाकर शारीरिक संबंध बनाया। किसी तरह उसके चंगुल से छुटकर शोर मचाया तो पीड़िता की छोटी बहन मौके पर पहुंची तो वह वहां से यह कहते हुए भाग निकला कि उसकी छोटी बहन को अगवा करने की धमकी देते हुए वहां से भाग निकला। उसके बाद से लगातार मेरा पीछा कर रहा है और अश्लील वीडियो और फोटो वायरल करने की धमकी दे रहा है। उसके बारे में पीएचक्यू लखनऊ में पता करने पर उक्त नाम के किसी भी व्यक्ति के तैनात न होने की जानकारी मिली। जिसके बाद पुलिस ने इस मामले में फर्जी दरोगा के खिलाफ दुष्कर्म समेत विभिन्न धाराओं में मुकदमा दर्ज कर उसे गिरफ्तार कर जेल भेज दिया था। गिरफ्तारी के दौरान उसके पास से पुलिस की वर्दी, बैच, बिल्ला इत्यादि सामान बरामद हुए थे।

A bail application for an imposter police sub-inspector accused of raping a female constable has been rejected.

A fake police sub-inspector accused in a rape case involving a female constable stationed in Varanasi did not get any relief from the court. The Fast-Track Court (First) of Judge Kuldeep Singh rejected the bail application of the accused, Nikhil alias Nikhilesh Trivedi alias Shanu, a resident of Badora, Unnao, considering the seriousness of the case.
Senior advocates Anuj Yadav, Naresh Yadav, Sandeep Yadav, and Mukesh Singh represented the victim in court.
The Prosecution's Case
According to the prosecution, the victim filed a First Information Report (FIR) at the Chitaipur Police Station on November 16, 2024. She alleged that while she was on duty at the Annapurna Temple on October 29, 2024, a man named Nikhil alias Nikhilesh Trivedi alias Shanu, wearing a sub-inspector's uniform, approached her. He claimed to be a computer operator at the Police Headquarters (PHQ) in Lucknow. Since he was in a police uniform, she gave him her number when he asked for it.
The next day, on October 30, he called her, and they spoke for some time. Later, on November 4, 2024, as the victim was returning home after her duty, Nikhil met her at the Ramapura intersection and forcefully followed her to her room. He then allegedly physically assaulted her, covered her mouth, and had forced sexual intercourse. When she managed to break free and scream, her younger sister arrived at the scene. He then threatened to kidnap her sister and fled.
After this incident, he allegedly continued to stalk her and threatened to leak obscene videos and photos. Upon inquiring at the PHQ in Lucknow, the victim discovered that no person by that name was employed there.
Following this, the police registered a case against the fake sub-inspector for rape and other charges. He was arrested and sent to jail. During his arrest, police uniforms, batches, badges, and other related items were recovered from him.
