अपर जिला एवं सत्र न्यायालय के न्यायाधीश देवकांत शुक्ला की अदालत ने थाना लंका में दर्ज हत्या के एक गंभीर मामले में तेलियाना, बजरडीहा थाना भेलूपुर निवासी आरोपी जमीरुल शेख पुत्र कासिम शेख को संदेह का लाभ देते हुए दोषमुक्त कर दिया।

👉 अभियोजन पक्ष के अनुसार, वादिनी रबिना बीबी पत्नी स्व. उलाउद्दीन शेख निवासी छोटी पियरी बजरडीहा ने थाना लंका पर तहरीर दी थी कि 11 अक्तूबर 2018 को सुबह करीब 7 बजे उसे सूचना मिली कि उसके बेटे मुनुल शेख उर्फ छोटू की हत्या कर लाश बटूआपुरा नाले में फेंक दी गई है।
👉 वादिनी की तहरीर के आधार पर थाना लंका में धारा 302 और 201 भा.दं.सं. के तहत मुकदमा पंजीकृत किया गया था।
👉 बता दें कि लंबी सुनवाई के बाद अदालत ने आरोपी जमीरुल शेख को संदेह का लाभ देते हुए दोषमुक्त कर दिया।

Son-in-law acquitted in brother-in-law's murder case
Varanasi:
The court of Additional District and Sessions Judge Devkant Shukla acquitted the accused, Zamirul Sheikh, son of Qasim Sheikh, a resident of Teliana, Bajardiha, Bhelupur police station, in a serious murder case registered at Lanka police station, giving him the benefit of the doubt.
The defense was represented in court by senior criminal advocates Anil Kumar Singh, Pandit Dinesh Chandra Mishra, and Sipu Mishra.
👉 According to the prosecution, the plaintiff, Rabina Bibi, wife of the late Ulauddin Sheikh, a resident of Choti Piyar, Bajardiha, had filed a complaint at Lanka police station on October 11, 2018, stating that she received information at around 7 a.m. that her son Munul Sheikh alias Chotu had been murdered and his body thrown into the Batuaura drain.
👉 Based on the plaintiff's complaint, a case was registered at Lanka police station under sections 302 and 201 of the Indian Penal Code.
👉 After a long hearing, the court acquitted the accused, Zamirul Sheikh, giving him the benefit of the doubt.
