रेस्टोरेंट एवं गेस्टहाउस में अवैध रूप से सेक्स रैकेट संचालन करने के मामले में दो संचालकों को कोर्ट से बड़ी राहत मिल गई है। विशेष न्यायाधीश पॉक्सो एक्ट, (द्वितीय) नितिन पांडेय की अदालत ने खटौरा, बड़गांव निवासी दो सगे भाई सर्वेश सिंह व अर्जुन सिंह को एक-एक लाख रुपए की दो जमानते एवं बंधपत्र देने पर रिहा करने का आदेश दिया।

👉 अभियोजन पक्ष के अनुसार फूलपुर थाना क्षेत्र के बाबतपुर में स्थित आंशिका गेस्ट हाउस में देह व्यापार चलने की सटीक सूचना डीसीपी क्राइम सरवरणन टी व एसओजी 2 को मिली थी। सूचना पुलिस ने 6 अगस्त 2025 को छापेमारी कर जब गेस्ट हॉउस की तलाशी ली तो देह व्यापार के साथ हुक्का बार का भी संचालन होता पकड़ा गया। पुलिस को मौके से कई हुक्का और उसमें प्रयोग होने वाली सामग्री मिली। तलाशी के दौरान पुलिस को यूज व पैक्ड कंडोम, शक्तिवर्धक दवाएं मिली। वहीं मौके से दस युवक व चार युवतियां पकड़ी गई।हिरासत में ली गई युवतियों में में एक पटना, एक आजमगढ़ और 2 वाराणसी की है। पूछताछ में पकड़े गए लोगों में सगे भाई दोनों संचालक भी शामिल थे। पूछताछ में सभी युवतियों ने बताया कि सर्वेश सिंह और अर्जुन सिंह ही उन्हें सभी ग्राहकों से मिलवाते थे और ग्राहकों के पास भेजते थे। जिसके बाद पुलिस ने सभी के खिलाफ मुकदमा दर्ज कर उन्हें जेल भेज दिया था।

Bail Granted to Alleged Sex Racket Operators

In a case involving the illegal operation of a sex racket at a restaurant and guesthouse, two operators have received significant relief from the court. The court of Special Judge, POCSO Act (II), Nitin Pandey, ordered the release of two brothers, Sarvesh Singh and Arjun Singh, residents of Khataura, Badgaon, upon furnishing two bail bonds of ₹1 lakh each.
The defense was represented in court by advocates Anuj Yadav, Nageshwar Prasad "Akash," Pawan Singh Rajput, and Sandeep Yadav.
The Prosecution's Case
According to the prosecution, the DCP of Crime, Saravanan T, and SOG 2 received a tip about a prostitution ring operating at the Aanshika Guesthouse in Babatpur, within the Phulpur police station area. Based on this information, the police conducted a raid on August 6, 2025. During the search, they discovered that a sex racket was being run alongside a hookah bar. Police found several hookahs and related materials on the premises. They also recovered used and unused condoms and aphrodisiacs.
Ten men and four women were apprehended at the scene. Among the women detained, one was from Patna, one from Azamgarh, and two were from Varanasi. During questioning, the two brothers who operated the guesthouse were also arrested. All the women confessed that Sarvesh Singh and Arjun Singh were the ones who introduced them to customers and sent them to clients. Following this, the police filed a case against all of them and sent them to jail.
