अपर सत्र न्यायालय के न्यायाधीश यजुवेंद्र विक्रम सिंह की अदालत ने थाना राजातालाब क्षेत्र में दर्ज गंभीर मामले में आरोपित राजू उर्फ मो० गुलजार, रिजवान, वारिश, सलामुद्दीन, अलाउद्दीन शेख, नूर हसन और मुनव्वर शेख की ओर से प्रस्तुत जमानत प्रार्थना पत्र को निरस्त कर दिया।

👉 अभियोजन के अनुसार 28 जुलाई 2025 को वादी पल्टू यादव व उनके साथी शुभम यादव पर आरोपितगण ने राजातालाब रेलवे फाटक के पास हमला कर मारपीट की, गाली-गलौज की तथा धर्म परिवर्तन करने का दबाव बनाया। आरोप है कि पीड़ितों को खींचकर घर में ले जाकर धारदार हथियार से चोटें पहुँचाई गईं और मोबाइल व सामान भी छीन लिए गए।
अदालत ने सीसीटीवी फुटेज, मेडिकल रिपोर्ट और केस डायरी का अवलोकन करते हुए पाया कि आरोपितों की संलिप्तता प्रथम दृष्टया पाई जा रही है। साथ ही, मामले की विवेचना अभी प्रचलित है और कुछ आरोपित फरार चल रहे हैं। न्यायालय ने माना कि धर्म परिवर्तन कराने की धमकी व साम्प्रदायिक वैमनस्य फैलाने का आरोप गंभीर प्रकृति का अपराध है।
👉 इसी आधार पर अदालत ने अभियुक्तगण की जमानत अर्जी खारिज कर दी।

Varanasi.
The court of Additional Sessions Judge Yajuvendra Vikram Singh dismissed the bail applications filed by the accused Raju alias Mohd. Gulzar, Rizwan, Waris, Salamuddin, Alauddin Sheikh, Noor Hasan, and Munawwar Sheikh in a serious case registered in the Rajatalaab police station area.
"The prosecution was represented by Assistant District Government Counsels Onkar Nath Tiwari and Vinay Kumar Singh."
Details of the Case
👉 According to the prosecution, on July 28, 2025, the accused attacked the complainants Paltu Yadav and his associate Shubham Yadav near the Rajatalaab railway crossing. They were assaulted, verbally abused, and pressured to convert their religion. It is alleged that the victims were dragged into a house where they were injured with a sharp weapon, and their mobile phones and other belongings were snatched.
The court, after examining the CCTV footage, medical reports, and case diary, found a prima facie involvement of the accused. The court also noted that the investigation is still ongoing and some of the accused are absconding. The court considered the charges of threatening religious conversion and spreading communal hatred to be crimes of a serious nature.
👉 Based on these findings, the court rejected the bail applications of the accused.
