आज़ादी के अमृत महोत्सव के अंतर्गत महात्मा गांधी काशी विद्यापीठ के महाराजा डॉ. विभूति नारायण सिंह परिसर, गंगापुर में 13 अगस्त 2025 को एक भव्य तिरंगा यात्रा का आयोजन हुआ। इसमें विश्वविद्यालय के अधिकारी, शिक्षक, कर्मचारी और बड़ी संख्या में छात्र-छात्राओं ने उत्साहपूर्वक भाग लिया।
👉 तिरंगा यात्रा की शुरुआत परिसर प्रांगण से हुई, जो मुख्य मार्गों से होकर पुनः परिसर में संपन्न हुई। प्रतिभागियों ने हाथों में तिरंगा लिए ‘भारत माता की जय’ और अन्य देशभक्ति नारों से वातावरण को गूंजायमान कर दिया।
👉 इस अवसर पर वक्ताओं ने स्वतंत्रता संग्राम के अमर शहीदों के बलिदान को स्मरण करते हुए तिरंगे के महत्व और राष्ट्र के प्रति कर्तव्य भावना पर प्रकाश डाला। कार्यक्रम का संचालन परिसर प्रभारी के मार्गदर्शन में हुआ और इसमें राष्ट्रीय सेवा योजना (एनएसएस) के सभी कार्यक्रम अधिकारी एवं स्वयंसेवकों ने विशेष भूमिका निभाई।

Ganga Vihar Campus reverberates with patriotic slogans during grand Tiranga Yatra
Varanasi.
As part of the Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav, a grand Tiranga Yatra (Tricolor procession) was organized on August 13, 2025, at Mahatma Gandhi Kashi Vidyapith's Maharaja Dr. Vibhuti Narayan Singh Campus, Gangapur. University officials, teachers, staff, and a large number of students enthusiastically participated.
Key Highlights of the Tiranga Yatra
👉 The procession began at the campus grounds, passed through the main roads, and concluded back at the campus. Participants, holding the tricolor flag, filled the air with slogans like 'Bharat Mata Ki Jai' and other patriotic chants.
👉 During the event, speakers paid homage to the martyrs of the freedom struggle and spoke about the significance of the Tricolor flag and one's duty toward the nation. The program was conducted under the guidance of the Campus इंचार्ज, and all National Service Scheme (NSS) program officers and volunteers played a special role.
