गुरुवार को कलेक्ट्रेट स्थित रजिस्ट्री कार्यालय मारपीट के मैदान में बदल गया, जब भदोही के पूर्व विधायक रवींद्रनाथ त्रिपाठी रजिस्ट्री फीस और रुपयों के लेनदेन को लेकर अधिवक्ताओं से भिड़ गए। चंद मिनटों में कहासुनी हाथापाई में बदल गई और वकील भी पूर्व विधायक पर टूट पड़े।
👉 बता दें कि घटना के पूर्व मौजा शिवपुर स्थित “दिव्या अपार्टमेंट” के फ्लैट की रजिस्ट्री होनी थी, लेकिन उससे पहले ही पैसे को लेकर यह बवाल हो गया।
👉 गनर ने बीच-बचाव की कोशिश की, लेकिन भीड़ के सामने नाकाम रहे। निबंधन कार्यालय के अधिकारियों ने तत्काल पुलिस बुला ली। जैसे ही कैंट पुलिस मौके पर पहुंची, पूर्व विधायक अपने गनर और समर्थकों के साथ वहां से भाग निकले।
👉 पुलिस ने घटनास्थल का CCTV फुटेज खंगालना शुरू कर दिया है, जबकि देर रात तक किसी भी पक्ष ने मुकदमा दर्ज नहीं कराया था। घटना के बाद अधिवक्ता समुदाय में गहमागहमी रही और पूर्व विधायक के राजनीतिक करियर से लेकर उनके ऊपर पूर्व के मुकदमा का भी चर्चाएं तेज हो गया।
👉 रवींद्रनाथ त्रिपाठी 2017 में भाजपा के टिकट पर भदोही से विधायक बने थे, लेकिन 2022 में चुनाव हार गए। 2007 में उन्होंने जौनपुर के बरसठी सीट से बसपा के टिकट पर जीत दर्ज की थी और 2000 में सुरियावां ब्लॉक प्रमुख भी रह चुके हैं।

On Thursday, the registry office at the collectorate turned into a battlefield when Ravindra Nath Tripathi, a former MLA from Bhadohi, got into a heated argument with lawyers over registry fees and money transactions. The verbal spat quickly escalated into a physical altercation, with the lawyers also assaulting the former MLA.
* The incident occurred just before the scheduled registration of a flat in "Divya Apartment" in Shivpur. The dispute over money erupted before the registration could be completed.
* The MLA's security guard tried to intervene but was outnumbered by the crowd. Officials from the registration office immediately called the police. As soon as the Cantonment police arrived, the former MLA, his guard, and his supporters fled the scene.
* Police have started reviewing the CCTV footage of the incident. No formal complaint had been filed by either side late into the night. The incident caused a stir within the legal community, and discussions about the former MLA's political career and past legal cases have intensified.
* Ravindra Nath Tripathi won the Bhadohi seat on a BJP ticket in 2017 but lost the election in 2022. He had previously won the Barsathi seat in Jaunpur on a BSP ticket in 2007 and was also the block head of Suriyawan in 2000.
