झगड़े में बीचबचाव करने की रंजिश के चलते युवक पर हमला और लूटपाट के मामले में दो आरोपितों को कोर्ट से राहत मिल गई। अपर जिला जज (चतुर्दश) सुधाकर राय की अदालत ने सूजाबाद, पड़ाव निवासी आरोपित धीरज साहनी और अघोरेश्वर निषाद को अग्रिम जमानत प्रदान की। आदेश में कहा गया कि यदि पुलिस आरोपितों को गिरफ्तार करती है तो उन्हें एक-एक लाख रुपये की दो जमानतें व बंधपत्र दाखिल करने पर रिहा किया जाएगा।

घटना का विवरण
👉 अभियोजन के अनुसार, रामनगर थाना क्षेत्र के सूजाबाद निवासी जयकुन्द यादव ने प्राथमिकी दर्ज कराई थी। आरोप है कि 13 जुलाई 2025 की शाम करीब 4:30 बजे सूजाबाद स्थित पार्षद कटरे में गुलाब गुप्ता की मिठाई की दुकान पर धीरज साहनी, अघोरेश्वर निषाद और 6–7 अज्ञात लोग एक राय होकर पहुंचे।
👉 दुकान में घुसते ही उन्होंने गाली-गलौज शुरू कर दी। विरोध करने पर दुकानदार का बेटा अभय बुरी तरह पीटा गया। बीचबचाव करने पहुंचे शिकायतकर्ता जयकुन्द यादव को भी हमलावरों ने पीटा और अभय की दादी को धक्का दे दिया।
मारपीट और चैन की लूट
👉 इस दौरान पार्षद के पुत्र ओमप्रकाश और श्रीप्रकाश भी मौके पर पहुंचे। हमलावरों ने उन्हें भी पीटा और अफरा-तफरी के बीच ओमप्रकाश पटेल के गले की चैन छीन ली। पिटाई से कई लोग गंभीर रूप से घायल हुए। आसपास के लोग जुटे तो आरोपित जान से मारने की धमकी देते हुए भाग निकले।
पुलिस कार्रवाई
👉 घटना के बाद पुलिस ने धीरज साहनी, अघोरेश्वर निषाद व अन्य अज्ञात हमलावरों के खिलाफ मारपीट, लूट, धमकी और बलवा समेत विभिन्न धाराओं में मुकदमा दर्ज किया था।

Two individuals were granted relief by the court in a case involving an attack and robbery on a young man, which stemmed from an old grudge related to their intervention in a fight. The court of Additional District Judge (XIV) Sudhakar Rai granted anticipatory bail to the accused Dheeraj Sahni and Aghoreshwar Nishad, both residents of Sujabad, Padav. The order stated that if the police were to arrest the accused, they would be released upon furnishing two sureties of one lakh rupees each and a bond.
"The defense was represented in court by advocates Vikas Singh, Amandeep Singh, and Girish Giri."
Details of the Incident
As per the prosecution, a First Information Report (FIR) was filed by Jaikund Yadav, a resident of Sujabad, Ramnagar police station area. The allegation is that on the evening of July 13, 2025, around 4:30 PM, Dheeraj Sahni, Aghoreshwar Nishad, and 6-7 unknown individuals arrived together at Gulab Gupta's sweet shop in Councillor Katra, Sujabad.
Upon entering the shop, they started using abusive language. When the shopkeeper's son, Abhay, protested, he was severely beaten. Jaikund Yadav, the complainant who went to intervene, was also beaten by the attackers, and Abhay's grandmother was pushed.
Assault and Chain Snatching
During this time, Councillor's sons, Omprakash and Shriprakash, also arrived at the scene. The attackers beat them as well, and amidst the chaos, snatched the chain from Omprakash Patel's neck. Several people were seriously injured from the beating. When people from the surrounding area gathered, the accused fled, threatening to kill them.
Police Action
Following the incident, the police registered a case against Dheeraj Sahni, Aghoreshwar Nishad, and other unknown assailants under various sections, including assault, robbery, criminal intimidation, and rioting.
