विशेष न्यायालय (भ्रष्टाचार निवारण अधिनियम) के न्यायाधीश अनिल कुमार शुक्ल की अदालत ने थाना मिर्जामुराद में दर्ज हत्या व साक्ष्य विलोपन के गंभीर मामले में ग्राम कुंडरिया थाना जंसा निवासी रहीस ख़ान की ओर से प्रस्तुत प्रथम जमानत प्रार्थना पत्र को खारिज कर दिया।

👉 अभियोजन पक्ष के अनुसार वादिनी बचनी देवी ने रिपोर्ट दर्ज कराई थी कि 25 अप्रैल 2025 को उसके पति फया राजभर का अपहरण कर उनकी हत्या कर दी गई। आरोप है कि रहीस ख़ान व उसके साथियों मोहित सिंह, दीपू मिश्रा व बधई सिंह ने साजिशन मारपीट कर हाथ काटा और शव को बोरे में भरकर 30 फीट गहरे कुएं में फेंक दिया। शव से बदबू आने पर घटना का खुलासा हुआ। पोस्टमार्टम रिपोर्ट में मौत का कारण गला दबाकर हत्या बताया गया है।
👉 रहीस ख़ान की ओर से जमानत याचिका में निर्दोष होने, राजनीतिक विद्वेष एवं झूठे आरोप का हवाला दिया गया था। लेकिन अदालत ने कहा कि अभियुक्त पर अपहरण, हत्या और साक्ष्य विलोपन का गंभीर आरोप है तथा आरोप पत्र दाखिल हो चुका है। ऐसे में जमानत देने का कोई पर्याप्त आधार नहीं है।
👉 न्यायालय ने आदेश पारित करते हुए कहा कि रहीस ख़ान की जमानत प्रार्थना पत्र निरस्त किया जाता है।

"Court Says – Grave Crime, No Grounds for Bail"

The court of Special Judge (Prevention of Corruption Act) Anil Kumar Shukla rejected the first bail application filed by Rahis Khan, a resident of village Kundariya, police station Jansa, in a serious case of murder and destruction of evidence registered at Mirzamurad police station.
"The bail was strongly opposed in court by Assistant District Government Counsel (Criminal) Rajiv Sinha."
👉 According to the prosecution, the complainant Bachni Devi had reported that on April 25, 2025, her husband, Faya Rajbhar, was kidnapped and murdered. It is alleged that Rahis Khan and his associates, Mohit Singh, Deepu Mishra, and Badhai Singh, conspired, assaulted him, cut his hand, and stuffed the body into a sack before throwing it into a 30-foot-deep well. The crime was revealed when the body began to smell. The post-mortem report stated the cause of death as strangulation.
👉 In his bail plea, Rahis Khan cited innocence, political animosity, and false accusations. However, the court stated that the accused is facing serious charges of kidnapping, murder, and destruction of evidence, and a charge sheet has already been filed. Therefore, there are no sufficient grounds to grant bail.
👉 Passing the order, the court said that the bail application of Rahis Khan is dismissed.
