विशेष न्यायालय (एससी/एसटी एक्ट) की न्यायाधीश संध्या श्रीवास्तव की अदालत ने थाना बड़ागांव में दर्ज हत्या के एक गंभीर आपराधिक मामले में अभियुक्त अखिलेश यादव उर्फ नथुनी यादव निवासी कोइराजपुर, थाना बड़ागांव की ओर से प्रस्तुत जमानत प्रार्थना पत्र को निरस्त कर दिया।

👉 वादी प्रमोद कुमार सरोज की तहरीर पर थाना बड़ागांव में अन्तर्गत धारा-103(1) भा.दं.सं. एवं धारा 3(1)(ध), 3(2)(V) एससी/एसटी एक्ट के तहत मुकदमा दर्ज किया गया था। आरोप है कि 11 दिसम्बर 2024 को उनके पुत्र राजेश सरोज की भेलखा गांव स्थित देशी शराब की दुकान के पास अज्ञात व्यक्तियों ने सिर पर ईंट से हमला कर हत्या कर दी थी।

Murder Case: Accused's Bail Application Dismissed
Varanasi:
The court of Special Judge (SC/ST Act) Sandhya Srivastava has rejected the bail application filed by the accused Akhilesh Yadav alias Nathuni Yadav, a resident of Koirajpur, Baragaon police station, in a serious criminal case of murder registered at Baragaon police station.
The prosecution, represented by Assistant District Government Counsel Satyendra Kumar Sinha, strongly opposed the bail application.
Based on a complaint from the plaintiff, Pramod Kumar Saroj, a case was registered at Baragaon police station under Sections 103(1) of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) and Sections 3(1)(d) and 3(2)(v) of the SC/ST Act. The complaint alleges that on December 11, 2024, his son, Rajesh Saroj, was murdered by unknown persons who attacked him with a brick on his head near a country liquor store in Bhelkha village.
