अपर मुख्य न्यायिक मजिस्ट्रेट विवेक चौधरी की अदालत ने थाना मिर्जामुराद में दर्ज एक गंभीर आपराधिक मामले में अभियुक्तगण की ओर से प्रस्तुत जमानत प्रार्थना पत्र को स्वीकार कर लिया।

👉 अभियोजन पक्ष के अनुसार घटना 01 जून 2023 को सुबह करीब 8:30 बजे राष्ट्रीय पोलियो कार्यक्रम के दौरान हुई। आरोप है कि बहेड़वा गाँव निवासी जीवनाथ गौड़ व अन्य अभियुक्तों ने आशा कार्यकर्ताओं व प्रार्थी के साथ मारपीट, गाली-गलौज, साड़ी खींचकर अपमानित करने, पोलियो दवा का बॉक्स फेंकने और जान से मारने की धमकी देने जैसी हरकतें कीं।
👉 बता दें कि अभियुक्तों के खिलाफ भारतीय दण्ड संहिता की धारा 323, 354, 506 व 427 के तहत मुकदमा पंजीकृत किया था।

Relief for the Accused in the Case of Assault and Misconduct Against ASHA Workers
Varanasi:
The court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate Vivek Chaudhary accepted the bail application submitted by the accused in a serious criminal case registered at Mirzamurad Police Station.
"Advocates Srikant Prajapati and Shailendra Keshari presented the case on behalf of the accused—Vikas Kumar, Bajrangi, Balli alias Suryabali, Ramlal Gaud, and Jeevnath—in the court."
👉 According to the prosecution, the incident occurred on June 1, 2023, at approximately 8:30 a.m. during the National Polio Program. It is alleged that Jeevnath Gaud, a resident of Baherwa village, and other accused persons engaged in assault, verbal abuse, insulting ASHA workers and the complainant by pulling their sarees, throwing the polio medicine box, and threatening to kill them.
👉 A case was registered against the accused under Sections 323, 354, 506, and 427 of the Indian Penal Code.
