लालपुर पांडेयपुर थाना क्षेत्र में एक नाबालिग लड़की को बहला-फुसलाकर भगाने के आरोप में गिरफ्तार किए गए अविनाश उर्फ गोलू को अपर जिला एवं सत्र न्यायालय द्रुतगामी प्रथम के न्यायाधीश कुलदीप सिंह द्वितीय की अदालत ने जमानत दे दी है।
👉अभियुक्त पर भारतीय न्याय संहिता (BNS) की धारा 137(2) और 87 के तहत मामला दर्ज किया गया था।
यह मामला तब सामने आया जब एक महिला ने पुलिस को तहरीर देकर बताया कि 12 जुलाई 2025 को शाम 6 बजे उसकी 14 वर्षीय बेटी घर से गायब हो गई थी। महिला ने आरोप लगाया कि मोबाइल नंबर के जरिए उसकी बेटी से संपर्क में रहने वाले अविनाश नाम का एक लड़का उसे शादी के इरादे से बहला-फुसलाकर भगा ले गया है। पुलिस ने इस सूचना के आधार पर अविनाश के खिलाफ FIR दर्ज कर उसे 23 जुलाई 2025 को गिरफ्तार कर लिया था।
👉अभियुक्त के फौजदारी अधिवक्ता मुन्नालाल यादव ने अदालत में ज़मानत याचिका दायर करते हुए कहा कि उनके मुवक्किल को फंसाया जा रहा है और वह निर्दोष है। अभियोजन पक्ष ने मामले की गंभीरता को देखते हुए जमानत का विरोध किया।
👉 अदालत ने दोनों पक्षों की दलीलें सुनीं और केस डायरी का गहनता से अवलोकन किया। तथ्यों को ध्यान में रखते हुए, अदालत ने अविनाश उर्फ गोलू की जमानत अर्जी मंजूर कर ली।

Accused of Abducting Minor Girl After Enticement Gets Bail
Varanasi:
Avinash alias Golu, who was arrested for abducting a minor girl after enticing her in the Lalpur Pandeypur police station area, has been granted bail by the court of Additional District and Sessions Judge (Fast Track-1) Kuldeep Singh II.
The accused was booked under sections 137(2) and 87 of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS).
👉 The case came to light when a woman filed a report with the police, stating that her 14-year-old daughter went missing from home at 6 PM on July 12, 2025. The woman alleged that a boy named Avinash, who was in contact with her daughter via a mobile phone, had enticed and abducted her with the intention of marriage. Based on this information, the police registered an FIR against Avinash and arrested him on July 23, 2025.
👉 Avinash's criminal lawyer, Munnalal Yadav, filed a bail application in court, stating that his client was being framed and was innocent. The prosecution opposed the bail, citing the seriousness of the case.
👉 The court heard arguments from both sides and thoroughly reviewed the case diary. Considering the facts, the court approved the bail application of Avinash alias Golu.
