तहसीलबार एसोसिएशन सदर वाराणसी ने उपजिलाधिकारी सदर को पत्र लिखकर तहसील परिसर में व्याप्त भ्रष्टाचार और हाल की घटनाओं को लेकर कड़ी नाराज़गी जताई है। एसोसिएशन ने स्पष्ट चेतावनी दी है कि यदि प्रशासन ने त्वरित कार्यवाही नहीं की, तो 03 सितम्बर 2025 से अधिवक्ता अनिश्चितकालीन आंदोलन करने को बाध्य होंगे।
एसोसिएशन ने अपने पत्र में दिनांक 28 अगस्त 2025 की घटना पर तत्काल प्रभाव से जांच कर टीम बनाकर कार्रवाई करने की मांग की है। साथ ही निम्नलिखित बिंदुओं को प्रमुखता से उठाया —
1. दिनांक 21 अगस्त 2025 को लेखपाल और कानूनगो के विरुद्ध भ्रष्टाचार संबंधी शिकायत पर अभी तक ठोस कार्रवाई नहीं हुई।
2. लेखपाल कुन्दन सिंह और चेयरमैन शिवश्याम सिंह की गिरफ्तारी की मांग की गई।
3. अधिवक्ता राजनाथ यादव, जितेंद्र यादव और अभय यादव के खिलाफ लगाए गए मुकदमों को साक्ष्य के आधार पर स्पंज (निरस्त) करने की बात कही गई।
4. तहसील परिसर को भ्रष्टाचार मुक्त बनाने तथा शासनादेशों का पालन सुनिश्चित करने की मांग की गई।
एसोसिएशन ने स्पष्ट किया है कि यदि मांगे पूरी नहीं हुईं तो आगामी आंदोलन की जिम्मेदारी प्रशासन की होगी।

Tehsilbar Association Sadar Warns – Indefinite Agitation from September 3
Varanasi.
The Tehsilbar Association Sadar Varanasi has expressed strong displeasure over the prevalent corruption and recent incidents within the tehsil premises in a letter to the Sub-Divisional Magistrate Sadar. The association has clearly warned that if the administration does not take swift action, the advocates will be compelled to start an indefinite agitation from September 3, 2025.
In their letter, the association has demanded an immediate investigation and action by forming a team regarding the incident on August 28, 2025. The following points have also been raised as a priority:
* No concrete action has been taken yet on the corruption-related complaint against the Lekhpal and Kanoongo from August 21, 2025.
* The arrest of Lekhpal Kundan Singh and Chairman Shivshyam Singh has been demanded.
* The cases filed against advocates Rajnath Yadav, Jitendra Yadav, and Abhay Yadav should be expunged (canceled) based on evidence.
* The demand has been made to make the tehsil premises corruption-free and to ensure compliance with government orders.
The association has made it clear that if their demands are not met, the administration will be responsible for the upcoming agitation.
