अपर मुख्य न्यायिक मजिस्ट्रेट (छठम) अर्पित पवार की अदालत ने चौबेपुर थाना क्षेत्र की एक महिला द्वारा दायर प्रार्थना पत्र पर सुनवाई करते हुए अहम आदेश पारित किया है। अदालत ने थाना चौबेपुर को निर्देशित किया है कि वह प्रार्थना पत्र में वर्णित तथ्यों के आधार पर तत्काल मुकदमा दर्ज कर नियमानुसार विवेचना सुनिश्चित करे।

👉 प्रार्थिनी ने आरोप लगाया था कि 18 फरवरी 2025 की रात लगभग आठ बजे विपक्षी जितेन्द्र सोनकर व उसके साथियों ने लाठी-डण्डा व धारदार हथियार से हमला कर उसके पति, पुत्रों को गंभीर रूप से घायल कर दिया तथा प्रार्थिनी के साथ अभद्रता की। हमलावरों ने दुकान से बीस हजार रुपये नगद व सामान भी लूट लिया और सीसीटीवी कैमरे को तोड़कर सबूत मिटाने का प्रयास किया।
👉 अदालत में दाखिल मेडिकल रिपोर्ट व अन्य दस्तावेजों के अवलोकन के बाद अदालत ने माना कि घटना के संबंध में विपक्षी पक्ष की ओर से मुकदमा दर्ज हो चुका है, किंतु प्रार्थिनी पक्ष की ओर से प्राथमिकी दर्ज नहीं हुई। अदालत ने कहा कि “एक ही घटना के संबंध में दोनों पक्षों के क्रॉस केस दर्ज कर विवेचना किया जाना न्यायोचित है।”
👉 गंभीर आरोपों को देखते हुए अदालत ने प्रार्थना पत्र स्वीकार करते हुए थाना चौबेपुर को आदेशित किया कि अविलंब अभियोग पंजीकृत कर विवेचना की जाए।

A directive to file a case and investigate the matter of assault and molestation

The court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate (VI) Arpit Pawar has passed an important order after hearing a petition filed by a woman from the Chaubepur police station area. The court has directed the Chaubepur Police Station to immediately register a case based on the facts mentioned in the petition and ensure a proper investigation. It is noteworthy that the victim was represented in court by criminal advocates Abu Hashim and Shitala Prasad.
The petitioner had alleged that on the night of February 18, 2025, at around eight o'clock, the opposing party, Jitendra Sonkar and his associates, attacked her husband and sons with sticks and sharp weapons, seriously injuring them, and molested the petitioner. The attackers also looted twenty thousand rupees in cash and goods from the shop and tried to destroy evidence by breaking the CCTV cameras.
After reviewing the medical report and other documents submitted to the court, the court found that a case had been registered by the opposing party regarding the incident, but a First Information Report (FIR) had not been filed by the petitioner's side. The court stated that "it is just and fair that cross-cases of both parties related to the same incident be registered and investigated."
Considering the serious allegations, the court accepted the petition and ordered the Chaubepur Police Station to immediately register a case and investigate.
