स्पा एंड सैलून की आड़ में देह व्यापार का धंधा संचालित करने के मामले में आरोपित को कोर्ट से बड़ी राहत मिल गई। विशेष मुख्य न्यायिक मजिस्ट्रेट कृष्ण कुमार की अदालत ने सुंदरपुर निवासी आरोपित शशिकांत पाल को 20-20 हजार रुपए की दो जमानतें एवं बंधपत्र देने पर रिहा करने का आदेश दिया।

👉 अभियोजन पक्ष के अनुसार रोहनिया थाना अंतर्गत खुशीपुर में स्पा एंड सैलून के नाम पर देह व्यापार का धंधा संचालित होने की सूचना डीसीपी क्राइम सरवणन टी को मिली। इस पर डीसीपी के नेतृत्व में गठित एसओजी-2 के साथ रोहनिया थाना प्रभारी राजू सिंह ने खुशीपुर में छापेमारी की। अचानक हुई इस छापेमारी में वहां हड़कंप मच गया। पुलिस ने मौके से चार युवतियों समेत स्पा एंड सैलून संचालक, मकान मालिक समेत नौ लोग को पकड़ा। आरोपितों की पहचान रवि प्रसाद गौंड स्पा मैनेजर निवासी राई ग्वालियर, रॉकी मौर्य निवासी ग्वालियर, विवेक गुप्ता निवासी खोचवां, कछवा रोड, शशिकांत पाल निवासी सुंदरपुर व सुनील शर्मा मकान मालिक निवासी खुशीपुर के रूप में हुई। पकड़े गए लोगों में चार महिलाएं भी शामिल है। पुलिस ने मौके से चार हजार नकद, दो आईफोन, सात स्मार्ट फोन, ऑनलाइन पे के लिए यूज क्यूआरकोड, यूज और अन्यूज्ड कंडोम बरामद किया। इसी मामले में आरोपित ने जमानत के लिए कोर्ट में अर्जी दी थी।

Man Accused in Immoral Trafficking Case Gets Bail

In a major relief from the court, a man accused of operating a prostitution ring under the guise of a spa and salon has been granted bail. The court of Special Chief Judicial Magistrate Krishna Kumar ordered the release of the accused, Shashikant Pal, a resident of Sunderpur, upon furnishing two bail bonds of Rs 20,000 each. Senior advocates Anuj Yadav, Naresh Yadav, Chandrabali Patel, and Sandeep Yadav represented the defense in court.
According to the prosecution, DCP Crime Saravanan T received a tip-off about a prostitution ring operating under the name of a spa and salon in Khushipur, under the Rohania police station jurisdiction. Following this, a team was formed under the leadership of the DCP, which included the SOG-2 and Rohania Police Station in-charge Raju Singh, and a raid was conducted in Khushipur. The sudden raid caused a commotion. Police apprehended nine people from the scene, including four women, the spa and salon operator, and the house owner. The accused were identified as Ravi Prasad Gond, spa manager, a resident of Rai Gwalior; Rocky Maurya, a resident of Gwalior; Vivek Gupta, a resident of Khochwan, Kachhwa Road; Shashikant Pal, a resident of Sunderpur; and Sunil Sharma, the house owner, a resident of Khushipur. Four women were also among those caught. The police recovered four thousand rupees in cash, two iPhones, seven smartphones, a QR code used for online payments, and both used and unused condoms from the scene. The accused had filed a bail application in court in this case.
