पुलिस ने आरोपित के घर की कुर्की की नोटिस की चस्पा
आरोपित बीजेपी से लड़ चुका है एमएलसी का चुनाव

छात्रों से फीस व रजिस्ट्रेशन के नाम पर पैसा लेकर उन्हें फर्जी डिग्री व प्रमाण पत्र देने के मामले में कोर्ट ने सख्त रुख अपनाया है। अपर मुख्य न्यायिक मजिस्ट्रेट (अष्टम) की अदालत ने इस मामले में जैतपुरा स्थित सृजन इंस्टीच्यूट ऑफ मेडिकल साइंस कॉलेज के निदेशक डॉ. सुदामा पटेल के कोर्ट में हाजिर न होने पर उसे फरार घोषित करते हुए गैर जमानती वारंट जारी कर उसके घर कुर्की की नोटिस चस्पा किया गया। अदालत में वादी की ओर से उनके अधिवक्ता विकास सिंह ने पक्ष रखा।
प्रकरण के अनुसार धवकलगंज, कपसेठी निवासी संजय कुमार गुप्ता एवं कोपागंज, मऊ निवासी दिवाकर चौहान ने कोर्ट के आदेश पर जैतपुरा थाने में सृजन इन्स्टीट्यूट आफ मेडिकल साइंस अग्रसेन नगर कालोनी, पाण्डेयपुर थाना जैतपुरा के निदेशक डा० सुदामा पटेल के खिलाफ मुकदमा दर्ज कराया था। आरोप था कि प्रार्थीगण सृजन इन्स्टीट्यूट आफ मेडिकल साइंस अग्रसेन नगर कालोनी, पाण्डेयपुर थाना जैतपुरा, वाराणसी में डी.फार्मा कोर्स करने हेतु सत्र 2015-16 में 20 मार्च 2015 को संपूर्ण फीस जमा कर प्रवेश लिया था। कोर्स पूरा होने के बाद तीन माह का इंटर्नशिप कोर्स भी पूर्ण कराया गया। जिसके बाद संस्था द्वारा प्रार्थीगण को मार्कसीट व डिग्री प्रदान किया गया। जिसे नेट के माध्यम से सत्यापन किये तो नेट पर मार्कसीट व डिग्री शो नहीं कर रहा था। जिसके बाद जब निदेशक डा. सूदामा पटेल से सम्पर्क किया गया तो उन्होंने कहा कि मार्कसीट व डिग्री उत्तर प्रदेश फार्मेसी काउंसिल लखनऊ में रजिस्ट्रेशन कराने के बाद शो करेगी। जिस पर उनलोगोन ने फार्म भर कर सभी प्रमाणपत्रो के साथ रजिस्ट्रेशन के लिए उप्र फार्मेसी काउंसिल लखनऊ में जमा किया तो कार्यालय द्वारा सूचित किया गया कि आप लोगो का प्रमाण पत्र फर्जी है। इस पर जब पुनः निदेशक से सम्पर्क करने पर उन्होंने बलिया निवासी गुन्जैश पाण्डेय नामक व्यक्ति से मुलाकात करने की बात कहकर कर उसे सुविधा शुल्क देकर रजिस्ट्रेशन करवाने की बात कही। जिस पर प्रार्थीगण ने गुन्जैश पाण्डेय से मिलकर उसे प्रत्येक अभ्यर्थी ने 30,000 रुपया व रजिस्ट्रेशन फार्म दे दिये। एक सप्ताह बाद सम्पर्क करने के बाद उसने बताया कि आप लोगो का पंजीकरण करवा कर समस्त प्रमाण पत्र व ग्रीन कार्ड निदेशक के पास वाराणसी भेज दिया हूं। आप लोग निदेशक से सम्पर्क करके अपना प्रमाण पत्र व रजिस्ट्रेशन का कार्ड ले लीजिये। जब प्रार्थीगण संस्था में आकर डा. सुदामा पटेल से सम्पर्क किये तो निदेशक प्रार्थीगण को गलियां देते हुए जान से मारने की धमकी देकर वहां से भगा दिए।
इस मामले में आरोपित के कोर्ट में हाजिर न होने पर प्रार्थीगण ने अपने अधिवक्ता विकास सिंह के माध्यम से कोर्ट से प्रगति आख्या रिपोर्ट तलब करने के गुहार लगाई। जिस पर जैतपुरा थाने के विवेचक ने कोर्ट में आख्या दी कि इस मामले में आरोपित के खिलाफ कोर्ट के आदेश पर जीआर जमानती वारंट कर उसके घर कुर्की की नोटिस चस्पा कर दी गई है और आरोपित के गिरफ्तारी के लिए तलाश जारी है। बता दें कि यह वही आरोपित है, जो पिछले दिनों वाराणसी से बीजेपी की टिकट पर एमएलसी प्रत्याशी भी रह चुके हैं।

In a case involving students being given fake degrees and certificates after paying fees and registration money, the court has taken a strict stance. The court of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate (Eighth) has declared Dr. Sudama Patel, the director of Srijan Institute of Medical Science College located in Jaitpura, an absconder for failing to appear in court. A non-bailable warrant has been issued, and a notice of property confiscation has been posted at his home. Advocate Vikas Singh represented the plaintiff in court.
According to the case, Sanjay Kumar Gupta, a resident of Dhavkalganj, Kapsethi, and Diwakar Chauhan, a resident of Kopaganj, Mau, filed a case against Dr. Sudama Patel, director of Srijan Institute of Medical Science at Agrasen Nagar Colony, Pandeypur, Jaitpura Police Station, on the court's order. The plaintiffs alleged that they had enrolled in the D.Pharma course at Srijan Institute of Medical Science in Agrasen Nagar Colony, Pandeypur, Jaitpura Police Station, Varanasi, for the 2015-16 session on March 20, 2015, after depositing the full fees. After completing the course, they also finished a three-month internship. Subsequently, the institute provided them with a marksheet and degree. When they verified these documents online, the marksheet and degree were not showing up. When they contacted the director, Dr. Sudama Patel, he told them that the marksheet and degree would show up after registration with the Uttar Pradesh Pharmacy Council in Lucknow. They filled out the form and submitted all the certificates to the UP Pharmacy Council in Lucknow for registration, where the office informed them that their certificates were fake.
When they contacted the director again, he arranged a meeting with a person named Gunjaish Pandey from Ballia, and told them to pay a convenience fee to get the registration done. The plaintiffs met with Gunjaish Pandey and each gave him ₹30,000 along with the registration form. After contacting him a week later, he said he had completed their registration and sent all the certificates and green cards to the director in Varanasi. He told them to contact the director to collect their certificates and registration cards. When the plaintiffs went to the institute to meet Dr. Sudama Patel, the director abused them, threatened to kill them, and drove them away.
In this case, since the accused did not appear in court, the plaintiffs, through their advocate Vikas Singh, requested the court to demand a progress report. The investigating officer of the Jaitpura police station then submitted a report to the court stating that a non-bailable warrant had been issued and a confiscation notice had been posted at the accused's house. The search for the accused's arrest is ongoing. It is worth noting that this is the same accused who had previously been a BJP candidate for the MLC position from Varanasi.
