अंडा विक्रेता पर जानलेवा हमले के मामले में बाल अपचारी को मिली जमानत

पुरानी रंजिश को लेकर अंडा विक्रेता को जान से मारने की नियत से गोली मारने के मामले में बाल अपचारी को राहत मिल गई। किशोर न्याय बोर्ड के प्रधान मजिस्ट्रेट सौरभ शुक्ला व सदस्यगण त्र्यंबक नाथ एवं आरती सेठ की पीठ ने बाल अपचारी को उसके पिता की सरंक्षण में 50-50 हजार रुपए की दो जमानतें एवं बंधपत्र देने पर रिहा करने का आदेश दिया।

👉 अभियोजन पक्ष के अनुसार वादी मुकदमा राजेन्द्र पटेल ने 27 जुलाई 2025 को करीब 11 बजे सुरेन्द्र तिवारी के साथ बाजार से अपने घर आया। उसी दौरान सुरेन्द्र तिवारी का लड़का दीपक तिवारी वादी के घर पर आकर वादी को मारने लगा। जब वादी ने विरोध किया तो जान से मारने की धमकी देते हुए चला गया। शाम को सात बजे जब वादी अपने अण्डे की दुकान खोली तब सोनू तिवारी एक अन्य व्यक्ति के साथ वादी के दुकान पर आये और गोली से जान से मारने की धमकी देकर चले गये। उसके करीब एक से डेढ़ घण्टे बाद 8:30 बजे के करीब चार पहिया वाहन से विनीत सिंह और दीपक तिवारी और एक-दो अज्ञात लोग वादी के दुकान पर आये और वादी को निशाना करके वादी को जान से मारने की नीयत से गोली चलाने लगे। इस मामले में पुलिस ने 28 जुलाई 2025 को सिंधौरा थाने में दीपक तिवारी, सोनू तिवारी, विनीत सिंह व एक अन्य अज्ञात के विरूद्ध विभिन्न धाराओं में मुकदमा दर्ज किया था। विवेचना के दौरान बाल अपचारी का नाम प्रकाश में आने पर पुलिस ने उसे गिरफ्तार कर बाल सुधार गृह भेज दिया था।

Minor Gets Bail in Attempted Murder Case of Egg Seller

In a case where a minor attempted to kill an egg seller by shooting him due to an old rivalry, the juvenile has been granted relief. The bench of the Juvenile Justice Board, comprising Principal Magistrate Saurabh Shukla and members Triambak Nath and Aarti Seth, ordered the release of the minor on two bail bonds of ₹50,000 each and a personal bond, under the guardianship of his father.

👉 As per the prosecution, the plaintiff, Rajendra Patel, came home from the market with Surendra Tiwari around 11 a.m. on July 27, 2025. During this time, Surendra Tiwari's son, Deepak Tiwari, came to the plaintiff's house and started beating him. When the plaintiff resisted, Deepak threatened to kill him and left. At 7 p.m. in the evening, when the plaintiff opened his egg shop, Sonu Tiwari and another person came to his shop, threatened to shoot and kill him, and then left. About one to one and a half hours later, around 8:30 p.m., Vineet Singh, Deepak Tiwari, and one or two unknown persons arrived at the plaintiff's shop in a four-wheeler vehicle and started firing at him with the intent to kill. In this case, the police registered a complaint on July 28, 2025, at the Sindhora police station against Deepak Tiwari, Sonu Tiwari, Vineet Singh, and one other unknown person under various sections. During the investigation, the minor's name came to light, and the police arrested him and sent him to a juvenile correctional facility.
