बार कौंसिल आफ उत्तर प्रदेश की ओर से अधिवक्ता पंजीकरण प्रक्रिया के अंतर्गत अधिवक्ताओं को प्रैक्टिस का प्रमाण पत्र प्रदान किया गया। वाराणसी से बार कौंसिल के सदस्य एवं बनारस बार एसोसिएशन के पूर्व अध्यक्ष विनोद कुमार पांडेय ने दीवानी न्यायालय परिसर स्थित चौकी से ही प्रमाण पत्र वितरित किए।
👉 इस अवसर पर अधिवक्ता संतोष कुमार, प्रदीप यादव, श्रेयांस कुमार, आकाश प्रजापति, रणजीत कुमार वर्मा, होरी सहित अन्य चयनित अधिवक्ता प्रमाण पत्र प्राप्त कर कानूनी प्रैक्टिस हेतु अधिकृत हुए।
👉 प्रमाण पत्र वितरित के दौरान वरिष्ठ अधिवक्ता कृष्ण मोहन पांडेय, संतोष तिवारी समेत कई अधिवक्तागण मौजूद रहे।
👉 नव-प्रमाणित अधिवक्ताओं ने अपने उज्ज्वल भविष्य और न्याय व्यवस्था की सेवा का संकल्प व्यक्त किया।
👉 कार्यक्रम के दौरान बार कौंसिल यूपी के सदस्य विनोद कुमार पांडेय ने कहा कि — “अधिवक्ताओं की जिम्मेदारी केवल मुवक्किल तक सीमित नहीं है, बल्कि उन्हें समाज और न्यायपालिका के बीच सेतु की भूमिका निभानी होती है।”

Varanasi: Certificates of Practice Distributed to Advocates at Civil Court Complex
Varanasi.
The Bar Council of Uttar Pradesh has provided certificates of practice to advocates as part of the advocate registration process. Vinod Kumar Pandey, a member of the Bar Council from Varanasi and former president of the Banaras Bar Association, distributed the certificates from the police post located within the Civil Court complex.
* On this occasion, advocates Santosh Kumar, Pradeep Yadav, Shreyansh Kumar, Akash Prajapati, Ranjeet Kumar Verma, Hori, and other selected advocates received their certificates, authorizing them to practice law.
* During the certificate distribution, senior advocates Krishna Mohan Pandey, Santosh Tiwari, and many other advocates were present.
* The newly certified advocates expressed their resolve to have a bright future and serve the justice system.
* During the event, Vinod Kumar Pandey, a member of the UP Bar Council, stated, "The responsibility of advocates is not limited to their clients; they also have to act as a bridge between society and the judiciary."
