अपर मुख्य न्यायिक मजिस्ट्रेट श्रीकांत गौरव की अदालत ने थाना लंका में दर्ज एनआई एक्ट (Negotiable Instruments Act) के एक वाद पी.के. पांडेय बनाम नीलम ट्रेडर्स में महत्वपूर्ण निर्णय देते हुए अभियुक्त को दोषमुक्त करार दिया।
अदालत में अभियुक्त पक्ष की ओर से फौजदारी अधिवक्ता विवेक कुमार सिंह, शुभम सिंह व नीरज कुमार सिंह ने प्रभावी पैरवी की
अभियोजन पत्रावली के अनुसार, परिवादी ने बताया था कि उसके व अभियुक्त के बीच व्यापारिक संबंध हैं और अभियुक्त द्वारा वर्ष 2015 से 2016 के बीच 14,29,750/- रुपए मूल्य का बीज क्रय किया गया था। इसमें से 6,70,000/-रुपए का भुगतान किया गया, 4,44,750/- रुपए मूल्य का बीज वापस किया गया, जबकि शेष 1,15,000/- रुपए का भुगतान अभियुक्त ने ज़रिये चेक दिनांक 24 जनवरी 2018 से किया था जो कि अनादरित होगया ।
हालांकि, उपरोक्त परिवाद में अभियुक्त द्वारा विभिन्न साक्ष्य अपने बचाव में प्रस्तुत किए गए न्यायालय द्वारा पत्रावली का परिसीलन कर दोनों पक्षों के साक्ष्यों को देख कर अभियुक्त को दोषमुक्त घोषित कर दिया।

Accused Acquitted in NI Act Case

The court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Shri Kant Gaurav, delivered a significant verdict in a case registered under the NI Act (Negotiable Instruments Act) at Lanka Police Station, titled P.K. Pandey versus Neelam Traders, acquitting the accused.
On behalf of the accused, criminal lawyers Vivek Kumar Singh, Shubham Singh, and Neeraj Kumar Singh presented an effective defense in court.
According to the prosecution file, the complainant had stated that there were business relations between him and the accused, and the accused had purchased seeds worth ₹14,29,750/- between the years 2015 and 2016. Out of this amount, ₹6,70,000/- was paid, seeds worth ₹4,44,750/- were returned, while the remaining ₹1,15,000/- was paid by the accused via a check dated January 24, 2018, which was dishonored.
However, in the aforementioned complaint, the accused presented various pieces of evidence in their defense. After reviewing the case file and considering the evidence presented by both parties, the court declared the accused acquitted.
