अपर सत्र न्यायालय के न्यायाधीश यजुवेंद्र विक्रम सिंह की अदालत ने थाना दशाश्वमेध में दर्ज एक गंभीर आपराधिक मामले में अभियुक्तगण अनिल साहनी, शुभम साहनी व अरविन्द साहनी पुत्रगण स्व. कल्लू साहनी निवासी त्रिपुरा भैरवी, थाना दशाश्वमेध की ओर से प्रस्तुत अग्रिम जमानत प्रार्थना पत्र को स्वीकार कर लिया।

👉 अभियोजन के अनुसार वादिनी ने थाना दशाश्वमेध में प्राथमिकी दर्ज कराई थी कि विपक्षीगण अनिल, विवेक, शुभम साहनी, अक्षय पुत्रगण कल्लू साहनी निवासी भैरवी घाट, थाना दशाश्वमेध तथा आशीष साहनी पुत्र रमेश साहनी व एक अन्य अज्ञात युवक द्वारा उसकी पुत्री को परेशान किया जा रहा था।दिनांक 12 सितंबर 2025 की शाम लगभग 8:25 बजे, जब वादिनी की पुत्री ने उक्त युवक को घर के बाहर देखा और उसकी शिकायत की, तो प्रार्थिनी द्वारा विरोध करने पर विपक्षीगण एक राय होकर गाली-गलौज, अश्लील हरकतें व मारपीट करने लगे। आरोप है कि वे प्रार्थिनी के घर में घुस गए और पुत्री के साथ दुष्कर्म का प्रयास भी किया। शोरगुल सुनकर आसपास के लोग जुटे तो सभी आरोपी वहां से फरार हो गए। घटना की सूचना वादिनी के पति ने 112 नंबर पुलिस सेवा पर दी, जिस पर पुलिस मौके पर पहुंची और जांच-पड़ताल की।
👉 बता दें कि इस मामले में पुलिस ने बीएनएस की धारा 76, 115(2), 191(2), 333 व 352 के तहत मुकदमा पंजीकृत किया था।

Tripura Bhairavi Ghat Dispute Case: Three Accused Get Relief from Court
""Anticipatory Bail Granted in a Serious Criminal Case""
Varanasi:
The court of Additional Sessions Judge Yajuvendra Vikram Singh has approved the anticipatory bail plea presented on behalf of accused Anil Sahani, Shubham Sahani, and Arvind Sahani, sons of late Kallu Sahani, residents of Tripura Bhairavi, under Police Station Dashashwamedh. The case pertains to a serious criminal offence registered at the same police station.
On behalf of the accused, criminal lawyers Dhananjay Kumar, C. P. Yadav, Saurav Agrahari (Ganesh), Ashish Gupta, and Satyam Singh argued the case in court.
👉 According to the prosecution, the complainant had lodged an FIR at the Dashashwamedh police station alleging that the accused — Anil, Vivek, Shubham Sahani, and Akshay (sons of Kallu Sahani of Bhairavi Ghat, Dashashwamedh), along with Ashish Sahani (son of Ramesh Sahani) and another unidentified youth — were harassing her daughter.
👉 On the evening of September 12, 2025, at around 8:25 pm, when the complainant’s daughter saw one of the youths outside the house and reported it, the complainant objected. It is alleged that the accused, acting together, verbally abused her, made obscene gestures, and assaulted her. They then entered the complainant’s house and allegedly attempted to sexually assault her daughter. On hearing the commotion, nearby residents gathered at the spot, and the accused fled.
👉 The complainant’s husband informed the police by dialing emergency service number 112. Police arrived at the scene and launched an investigation.
👉 Notably, the police registered a case under Sections 76, 115(2), 191(2), 333, and 352 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS).
