अपर सत्र न्यायालय के न्यायाधीश देवकांत शुक्ला की अदालत ने थाना कैंट में दर्ज एक गंभीर आपराधिक प्रकरण में भोजपुरी गायक पवन सिंह पुत्र रमाशंकर सिंह की ओर से दायर अग्रिम जमानत प्रार्थना पत्र को स्वीकार कर लिया।

👉 मामले के अनुसार, वादी द्वारा दायर प्रार्थना पत्र में आरोप लगाया गया है कि वह नदेसर स्थित अपने होटल व ट्रैवल्स व्यवसाय से जुड़े हैं। वर्ष 2017 में उनकी मुलाकात प्रेमशंकर राय एवं उनकी पत्नी सीमा राय से मुंबई में हुई, जो फिल्म निर्माण के कार्य में संलग्न थे। उन्होंने वादी को भोजपुरी फिल्म में निवेश कर कई गुना मुनाफा कमाने का प्रस्ताव दिया। वादी के अनुसार, वर्ष 2018 में विपक्षीगणों ने भोजपुरी अभिनेता पवन सिंह से नदेसर स्थित कार्यालय में मुलाकात कराई और फिल्म “बॉस” में निवेश करने के लिए प्रेरित किया। विश्वास में आकर वादी ने ₹32.60 लाख की राशि कंपनी श्रेयस फिल्म प्राइवेट लिमिटेड के खाते में जमा की। फिल्म निर्माण में लगभग ₹1.25 करोड़ खर्च किए जाने के बाद जब वादी ने मुनाफे और निवेश की राशि वापस मांगी, तो पहले ₹12 लाख लौटाने के बाद विपक्षीगणों ने संपर्क तोड़ लिया। बाद में वादी को ज्ञात हुआ कि फिल्म बिक चुकी है, लेकिन उसे न तो निवेश की राशि मिली और न ही लाभ का हिस्सा। वादी का आरोप है कि जब उसने दोबारा पैसे की मांग की, तो विपक्षीगणों ने धमकी दी तथा पवन सिंह द्वारा उसे जान से मारने की धमकी दी गई। शिकायत दर्ज होने के बाद थाना कैंट वाराणसी में पवन सिंह सहित अन्य के विरुद्ध धारा 420, 406, 467, 468, 506 भारतीय दंड संहिता के अंतर्गत मुकदमा पंजीकृत किया गया था।

Details of the Case
According to the details of the case, the complainant alleged in his application that he is involved in the hotel and travel business located in Nadesar. In 2017, he met Premshankar Rai and his wife Seema Rai in Mumbai, who were engaged in film production work. They proposed that the complainant invest in a Bhojpuri film and earn manifold profits.
👉 The complainant stated that in 2018, the accused parties introduced him to Bhojpuri actor Pawan Singh at their Nadesar office and encouraged him to invest in the film "Boss". Trusting them, the complainant deposited an amount of ₹32.60 lakh into the account of the company Shreyas Film Private Limited.
👉 After approximately ₹1.25 crore was spent on the film production, when the complainant asked for the return of the profit and the invested amount, the accused parties returned ₹12 lakh but subsequently cut off all contact. Later, the complainant learned that the film had already been sold, but he had received neither his invested amount nor a share of the profit.
👉 The complainant alleges that when he demanded the money again, the accused parties threatened him, and Pawan Singh specifically threatened to kill him. Following the complaint, a case was registered against Pawan Singh and others at Cantt Police Station, Varanasi, under Sections 420, 406, 467, 468, and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.
